 It's a freeware and can be downloaded at http://www.stepmania.com
 It's a really cool game, you can also download those dancing characters in the background similiar to DDR and you don't necessarily have to use a dancemat, but of course it's much more fun if you had one.

 There are actually USB dancemats for PC. You could also get an adaptor to plug PS2mats into the computer.
