Hey Everyone, My first introduction to the forums was a bit anti-climactic, being scolded for creating a redundant thread, although I hope to not make such mistakes again in the future. I hail from the 50th State and became recently exposed to Japanese Dramas. However, I've been into Anime and anything related to Japanese and Asian culture in general for as long as I can remember. I'm also a fan of role-playing games, reading, dancing, and martial arts. If you live in or plan to visit Hawai'i, check out Kawaii-Kon, Hawai'i's only Anime convention: http://www.kawaii-kon.org. It not only deals with Anime, but many things dealing with Japanese and Asian culture. Apologies for the shameless plug. The first Japanese Drama I've watched (and still am watching) is Pride. I'm on episode 8, near the end of the season. Halu and Aki. All I can say is that I love this series. Probably because I can relate to Halu on some level or other, LOL. Walk in Peace.
