I guess Johnny doesn't want the info to be leaked out today and rather it be officially announced tomorrow?

True.^^; It's very hard to come back when you've been in a scandal. I do hope that they will come back, though I'll respect their decision if they don't want too... Bah, no use thinking too much. We'll find out next year in January. Hopefully then everything will be GOOD news.
LOL That applies to me too.^^ When I don't have school, I'm pretty active, but when school starts, I like die on this forum. You see me active for a week or however long the break is, and then suddenly I'm like gone when school starts.

*really freaks/spazzes/fangirls* They're coming back~!!! But... No Uchi and Kusano... Behh... Neverless NEWS is coming back! At least Uchi and Kusano will be back too.^^ Just as trainees though, so they're not going to be in NEWS. Hopefully that will change pretty soon.^^

but yeah from the translations i think it sounds positive as in uchi and kusano are put in quite a positive light by johnny. Arghh i hope for a shorter "trainee" period then! Both of them are good so they don't require much training ne?
anyway nope don't think uchi will be back as k8 if he isn't back with NEWS. Most probably when he graduated from his "trainee" stage will he be back with BOTH NEWS and k8

don't worry. It's only the handshaking thing I will get my revenge on.. NEWS can relax! I would never hurt them! perhaps only by squeezing their hands too hard because I'm so excited. lol
I wonder how long they will be trainees.. At first, I didn't know what Uchi and Kusano did so I thought they like raped someone.. XD when I found out they had only drunk alcohol I was relieved! I don't think underage drinking is that bad, lots of teenagers in sweden do it all the time.. (I didn't drink and still don't though)

True, a bunch of teenagers drink even though they are underaged.^^; (What is the world come too? o.o) What gets me is did Uchi and Kusano drink on their own, or did someone force/persuade them into drinking. Because if someone did pressure them into drinking, it's not entirely their fault.^^;

even if they chose to drink I don't see why it's so bad... everybody shouldn't be punished. they are human and must be allowed to make mistakes. this way, I bet they learned their lesson though...

lolz they have own minds/judgement to know what to do and not to do... heheheh i beleive they were not force... actually its normal to drink/booze ~~ esp w/growing boys like them..
its totally fine w/me if they were drinking BUT theyre so stupid bcoz they were caught... no offense here but im just being bias... uchi and kusano knew about JE house rule ~ and i believe this is a general rule (even in our place) ~ underage drinking is really an offense...
as much as i love kusano and uchi (more like kusano ) ~ they were pretty stupid for getting caught! but on the otherside ~ it was nice of them to know that they accepted the punishment well ~ they were responsible enough w/their actions sorede... gambaremasu notti and uchi!!! so proud of them! XD

yeah its sounds positive but i hope j-san is not playing w/us... hes very manipulative... its not really trainee for me ~~ more like rehab for me! hahaha coz they dont need to be trained right?? i mean yeah some small training to get back in shape but they dont hafta spend for like a couple of months ~ a month or 2 is ok for me ~ but they still need to get out more often to media during the NewS-wave...
i think j-san just used 'trainee' coz they cant go back to being juniors so i think 'trainee' suits them well...
yeah me too i dont think uchi will be back in january as k8 or NewS... but he prefers k8 i think fater the training period... am pretty sure ryo is fine w/the so called 'trainee' thing... its better than nothing at all so deshou? XD gambare uchi and notti!!!

dude! i totally understand u! i was really AKIRA SHOCK when i found that tout! but ull get over it ~ once it sink into ur system... atleast uchi and kusano is still under JE ~ and i perfectly understand why theyre being tag as 'trainee' since they were suspended for mor than 6mos right?? so they should need proper training again to get back in shape... and since j-san is a money making ass wipe ~ he decided to launch back NewS to start off the year and make big $$$.. typical johnny kitagawa!
come to think of it if they say j-san discussed this w/NewS sometime this year about NewS big comeback ~ if hes really concerned w/uchi and kusano ~ he had the chance to train the two of them at that time to be able to preserve the original 8 member NewS right?? so im wondering what was he thinking launching NewS back w/6 members... it really shows hes got really bad ass... DAME DAME DAME!!! sometimes i just wanna go to japan and kick his butt out!

I don't think people will actually "forget" about them. It wasn't just Uchi and Kusano that were pulled out from the limelight. NEWS, as a group, was suspended. It would have been more likely for the fans to "forget" about the two if the group continued their normal activities without them
I'm glad to know Johnny's giving them both a thumbs up after all this time. It would have been better, though, if the group makes a big comeback for the first time as a whole, and not just with six members. That could have made a huge bang to the public, a wonderful way to start the year. Nonetheless, it's good news enough that Uchi and Kusano will be coming back _________________

WHOA so the NEWS calendar is for sale now? Tsk it must have been made long long ago and only told to us now.
Haha.. i explained it in AF already but shall post it here as well.
As NEWS fans, we should look at "trainees" in a positive light. I think the reason Johnny did this is to
1. Allow kusa and uchi to get prepared both mentally and physically to rejoin NEWS. Come on, it requires a great deal of courage to appear in the limelight again after such a long long time. "trainees" is just for warm up phase.
2. SHOW it to the world that although he allowed kusa and uchi back, he is taking care of them and giving them the necessary training. This will rest the minds of the minority anti-uchi and kusa fans who still feel that uchi and kusa had dragged NEWS down enough with their scandals and worry that the both of them will continue to drag the group down since they have been out of shape from "hibernating" for such a long long time.
3. If he had removed uchi and kusano completely, some of the major uchi and kusa fans would give up on NEWS most likely. By putting them as trainees, it will allow the fans to still have a glimmer of hope of kusa and uchi's return to NEWS. As for the rest of the NEWS fans who are all in seventh heaven upon hearing the NEWS of NEWS' return, i guess the plan is to suck out our money when we are all happy that NEWS is returning and then suck out our money even more when he lets kusa and uchi return a little later and all of us are happy because now NEWS is full.
the worst thing to happen (touch wood) is for kusa and uchi to be involved in some scandals during their trainee period. if that happens, they will be gone for sure. BUT i'm SURE kusa and uchi will be sensible enough to be good during their trainee period ne? YEAH they will fight hard to return to NEWS!! Ganbatte kusa and uchi!

1. FIRST , i am glad for the 6 of them.....they were severely missed, and i think fans will dearly love to have them perform together again as NEWS.
2. ok, is it just me or is anyone else wondering what it'd be like without NOTTI dancing onstage with NEWS? i mean, yeah ...yamapi does try to dance and he dance a million, kajillion times better than SHIGE, but let's face it....NOTTI & dance...that's like....that's like....oxygen and breathing....you can't separate them.
3. I don't know much about UCHI, but UCHI did bring people to like NEWS, too....
4. my only hope is that Kusa and Uchi do get back into NEWS at some point. i am sure things are very hard for them right now : J Kitigawa is making things TOO hard.
5. I kind of feel as if i am outside an operation theatre, waiting for the birth of a new baby.... but it's the wrong baby.... ok, let me rephrase...you're happy its a baby, but you're also sad it's not exactly what you wanted.
6. I REALISED THAT I WAS BEING SELFISH HOWEVER, and thus having said that, what NEWS and KUSA and UCHI need now are our support....wherever they are and whatever they are doing. My prayers for them all.
7. oh yeah, about the 9th (former) member : i don't really know whether what REALLY happened, but well....i guess it's true, people forgot him already. but i hear he's the front man for some other band now. Best wishes to him, too. honest. _________________
