Hey, people! Look what I've found (indeed, I was informed about it).

There'll be the Yahoo awards and you can vote for Death Note: The Last Name here: http://yahoo-award.yahoo.co.jp/movie/20.html , just click on the circle down the picture and then click the brown bar which says ̓̕[. By the way, they're winning! ^_^

You can also vote for L as best movie actor in this link: http://yahoo-award.yahoo.co.jp/movie/23.html (RPC`) and last, vote for the manga here: http://yahoo-award.yahoo.co.jp/comic/57.html.

Vote! ^_^

"L" acts awesome. I was looking at the manga in a bookstore and the drawing was exactly like the guy in the movie- I was like hey- WOW! HEHE

finally got around to finishing the movie.

those first 3 criminals... first and third guy, terrible acting, esp the third guy Mahou(?), he was just awful.

story.. luckily i've watched enough of the anime so that nothing is really spoiled. I suppose that last part, but i haven't gotten to that yet. I know i'ts hard to compress the story into -2 hrs, but seems like it was okay, i think they could've added some short secondary scenes and maybe some added dialoge just to fill in the gaps.

otherwise, pleasant to watch. I suppose that Misa would be covered more in the sequel.

When i first saw "L" (anime) he looks really funny! Then i saw the movie...hmmm not so funny. Mayb "L" in the movie needs bigger eyes.

they should have let ayumi hamasaki play "L" -- her eyes are big enough.

LOL Mr Green

I agree about ayumi having big eyes, but she playing L would spoil everything bleh As if Tatsuya Fujiwara wasn't enough Sweat *not a Tatsuya fan*

Well I do like Kenichi Matsuyama Victory! Peace! but i liked him better as Shin in NANA movie. And I agree on that smoking comment by tu_triky since kenichi's skin is kind of porcelain-ish, and L's sking is like sallow and haggard Bonk

I really hated Light after watching the movie cause he was soo evil. I can't imagine how he could get any worse in the anime.. But yea, im a justice kinda person, so i dont like the way Light rolls
