I'll be spending my Valentine's day in a different city - for an interview to get into the university there...I'll be spending my morning and early afternoon preparing for my presentation to the committee members why they should admit me into their school so that I can pay tuition to their school ...then after all that preparation (which I haven't started yet) I'll be at the interview....yup...on Valentine's day....very romantic...lol....

lol.... have ya ever seen sailor moon? if u haven't well she cooks SOME BADDDDDD cookies.. but her BF eats them anyway (even tough they taste awful).. becuase she made them with love insted of sugar Bleah

Valentine's day....... Huh, never really thought about it. Since she's not in Hawaii with me, buying flowers and/or chocolate would be a waste. I guess I'll just have to buy something like a Luis Vuitton bag or a Coach bag and EMS it there......... That's about all the options I have.

But from my experience, pretty much ALL girls like bags. (And shoes)

Especially those girls who are "H.M." (high maintenance) which is why it has to be stuff like L.V. or Coach or Gucci.

yeah, but if you guys are just bf/gf, a diamond puts the question of marriage up there, and if you aren't ready for the M word, a diamond can put a lot of pressure. maybe some other jewelry....and besides, a bag as a present has no strings attached.

That's so true! Every girl including myself luv bags - I'd rather spend a lot of money on one really good bag than buy a dozen different outfits....Coach bags are nice, that company has the best american leather....but I prefer my Fendi bags - I have a small one, a medium size one and a huge one that I don't even know what I can use it for (I never carry that much stuff)... hehe

So you can't go wrong with a designer bag even with non H.M. girls... Mr Green

Diamonds are okay as long as they're like diamond earrings or a pendant...just not a diamond ring unless if one is planning on getting engaged on V-day...
