it's a fun dorama...and for me was one of the first doramas where kimura takuya's character wasn't this imminently likeable character from the get-go...which i liked....shows some range. yuko takeuchi....she's this idealized japanese beauty...not necessarily very modern....but definitely gorgeous (and desirable)!
I first saw Takeuchi Yuko in that pastry asadora, Asuka I think it was called. She is really super in Pride in talent and above all in gentile beauty. She is moving up my most loved stars ladder getting close to the top star Kuninaka Ryoko.... Of course she will have trouble getting by Nakashima Mika who may push Ryoko out of first place.
But I love them all... give me more....
Currently watching it....Wow such an incredible drama. I love it...I wanna watch all those episoedes at once! But if I do so...then the drama ends....I don't wanna the drama ending!

ehh, that picture of kimura doesn't really make me go all lusty either. i think it's probably the hairstyle. also, this was when he was young and mostly skin and bones. i like him more now that he isn't a skeleton anymore. if you want some lusty kimura pictures just go to the smappies thread. we've got some good stuff there. _________________
I've been most attracted to him so far in Pride, because he IS older a bit more mature. But I have to say, he's verra delicious in Long Vacation as well. So really, I don't mind the skin and bones here.
Of course, his hair looks whack in the pic, but who's looking at his face?!
If I wasn't watching LV right now, I'd prolly revisit Pride right about now. _________________

I meant that if it were a girl, you wouldn't be so bored, yet the second a girl shows a guy pic, you get all "yawn" on them. Where's the fair game?
