^^^@Jaegal_Maut: Sorry to hear about the flooding in Jakarta. I hope the situation ends soon and everyone is moved to safety.

Since today is Ground Hog Day we are waiting to see whether or not he will see his shadow and let us know if we have six more weeks of winter, or not. Also we are expecting a snow and rain storm here today and tomorrow. I am ready!

Eek - hope the storm's not too horrendous.

I think we're done with storms here, thank goodness. Sweat
At least, none are forecast.

Reading in the papers about people being killed/injured by falling trees etc was frightening.
I quaked if I was next to a tree and it so much as shivered.

Thanks for your concern Enna, Thanx!
the thing that bothers me a lot is jakarta is having this kind of mega-flood once in three years, but still the local gov didn't do much to prevent this.. Shameful Cry

Wow Jaegal_Maut, I thought the British government could be a bit lax when it comes to flood prevention, but your government sounds terrible.

Its embarassing but I have to admit that, my gov is kinda 'when the disaster comes lets get to work to overcome it' not 'lets get to work to prevent the disasters comes' Sweat Sweat
