Interesting that you should mention Muay Thai: I think Aho is training for a Muay Tai fight sometime in the near future...

Hard not to get hurt...Muay Thai is too violent.The elbow and knees are way harder than our skull,jaw and rib cage.Unless the quality of skills between your tomodachi and his opponent is very big...it's hard to avoid injury.
