The novel is a basically a write-up of the drama, which is a little different from the manga and the anime. The "Orchestra de Nodame Story" is the second CD-set featuring the Nodame Orchestra, this time including such gems as the 'Farting Exercise' and 'Today's Cuisine'.

Not sure if I'm interested in the "Farting" song, but the write up of the series seems interesting... More so if it's in English.
BTW, is there any behind the scenes footage on the show? I'd love to see how they got all the actors up to speed in playing their instruments.

Unfortunately the novel is in Japanese.
As for the behind the scene footages, I think there were some in the SP (episode 0). I'm hoping there will be more when Fuji releases the official DVD set.
