I never finished Majo No Jouken I couldn't be bothered I got bored...

I never watched SOS, I was going to then I came here and people put me off LOL
I usually ignore bad feedback but when that many people are knocking it, it can't be that great, right?

I agree with Brother Beat, I quite enjoyed that, not the best dorama I've seen but it's definitely worth a watch (in my opinion)

I'm into my comedies at the moment (I especially love RomComs *cos I'm being a stereotypical girl* XD) I LOVE Nodame Cantabile, My Boss - My Hero and Attention Please... anyone got any other suggestions??? Bow
Oh not including Kuitan, GTO, Mukodono, Nobuta... because I already own them... and I have Galcir on the way (I don't think there's any other comedies I own... I'm sure I'll think of more as soon as I press submit *le sigh*
Oh and I am already thinking about getting Train Man on my next visit to eBay :-D but any other suggestions would definitely be appreciated Arigatou Gozaimasu Bonk

im sorry in advance if this topic is in the wrong area, or if this is a question that comes up a lot, im new ><"

i just finished watching 1 Litre of Tears today (which was really good, and really sad, almost too sad at times haha) and now im pretty much hooked on trying to find another drama to watch.

The only other drama i think ive seen parts of is Sekachu.. but other than that, im totally a newbie. I guess im just looking for any recommendations for good dramas to watch.. the genre dosent matter much, but i did like the sad factor of 1L of Tears. In the end tho, im just lookin for a quality drama w00t!

Want a recommendation?

Look no further than Nodame Cantabile... One of the best, if not the best, drama of 2006. Victory! Peace!

MBMH is about a Yakuza who isn't very smart in the head. This guy in order inherit the Yakuza clan needs to go to High School and receive his diploma or so. Its funny and entertaining. You might like it.

Shiroi Kyoto (White Tower), 2003 version. With a plot that has all the elements of a Shakespearean tragedy, a large overwhelmingly veteran ensemble cast, a compelling script, and a beautiful iconic hymn for its theme song, this is a very good series which I would recommend for those of you who are turned off by the puerile, idol-driven, intelligent-deficient dorama which have become popular in recent years. Set in a university hospital, its primary focus is on the politics and machinations that go on among the staff and, by extension, their family members, associates, and benefactors. Rivalries abound; careers and lives are elevated, crushed and resurrected; and there are casualties everywhere. The ten or so principal characters are portrayed by very experienced actors and actresses, and their performances are a big reason why this series is so good. Toshiaki Karasawa and Yosuke Eguchi play the two leads-- brilliant doctors with vastly different personalities and agendas; Koji Ishizaka and Masato Ibu play their superiors--daimyo-like professors with Machiavellian streaks; Atsuko Takahata and Yumiko Nogawa play the professors' wives whose superficial gentility mask Lady Macbeth personalities. Maki Mizuno, Hitomi Kuroki and Akiko Yada are familiar actresses who also have significant roles, as well as the always entertaining Toshiyuki Nishida. This is a drama about adult characters in an adult world, and it's very well done. BTW, this is the third TV series version of this story, which was originally a novel (written by Toyoko Yamazaki), and then a 1966 movie before coming to the small screen. The only disappointing thing about this 21-episode series was that I watched a retail DVD version, so the English subtitles had grammatical and spelling errors. Even that however, did not deter my enjoying this dorama and recognizing its quality.

hmmm ... been a while since my last post , my veiw on SOS drama is simply , down to earth dreadful - one of the reason is that actress, SHE can not act - just too fake - have seen couple of her drama and same stuff in every drama whenever she plays the lead actress. Anyways, on to my review, story from the beginning draw me off a bit. As soon as their relationship was introduced, the guy kept on dragging on and on and yeah his monologue was bad too - anyways i stopped watching this after 4th eps and would also advice to keep away from it - much better drama out there then this one ....

in short 'ewwwww' for the story/plot (m being careful of any spoliers)

currently watching trick 1,2,3 and Himitsu no Hanazono
