I'm crazy over this show! I've just finished watching episode 11 with many questions still running thru my mind every minute! I like the "feel-good" ending with proper wrapping up of the story. But of course I'm rooting for a season 2 or a movie.

Though I feel the ending was well done with proper wrapping up of the storyline, I'm still confused about some points & would like to discuss here. Hope you'll join in this discussion (^-^) 1) So does Chiaki likes Nodame or not? There are some scenes suggesting so, but I'm still not too sure... From the hug & words he said, it seems so. But why does he deny he's her boyfriend? 2) Did he cry while saying those touching words to Nodame by the river? I couldn't see clearly on streaming video, but his voice & way he said it sounded like he was sobbing? 3) He said he's going to Prague. However his mind was saying he's actually considering Prague or Paris. And he added "surely it's not because I don't know she's going to Paris". Not sure if i translated incorrectly. Does it mean if he'd known she's going to Paris, he would have chosen Paris instead? 4) When he tells Nodame to practice the piano for exam, that he'll wait for her in Paris, I thought he said so with much sincerity. Or did i imagine that? hehehe... 5) At the ending, he looked at her, as if seeking her approval & support & seemed happy when she nodded. Thot there were sparks between them in this scene. It's as if the show's trying to tell us in a subtle way that Chiaki has finally accepted/realised his feelings for Nodame?

It's pretty obvious that Chiaki likes/loves Nodame, but he probably has trouble showing it, particularly in front of others...
