I really don't think they're going to debut, I'd love for them to, but it's one of those things where JE just decide they don't wanna spend money on these guys. On that thought...I really doubt that Uchi and Notti are going to come back..probably they announced that the two are going to be trainees to appease fans...definitely want to have the faith but my logic is beating me 3:1

May I elaborate on this? This is also directly related to members of Kanjani8 BEFORE they debuted. This didn't happen recently but a long time ago.
Back in 2001-2002, the Kansai juniors which include the top juniors (Subaru, Yoko, Hina, Ryo) were sent back to Osaka without any jobs at all for almost a year, due to some rebellious movement rumored to have been started by dear Subaru. Note also that during this time the other juniors were not that affected, in fact, Yassu, Maru & Uchi were grouped together as a musical band called V.WEST, and later Ohkura joined them. During that time, the boys had so many free time that at one time, they got frustrated because JE still wouldn't allow them to come back to business, and during THIS PERIOD OF TIME that Ryo considered quitting. In fact, he's not the only one. Subaru also wanted to quit JE, and rumor has it that Yoko too, but Hina being the all-time positive person that he is, managed to calm down the storm. Then, in August 2002, the four boys together with V.WEST members finally got a job, starring in 2002's stage musical ANOTHER, although it's still very much only in Osaka but it's definitely a start. Alas, on Dec 18th 2002, Kanjani8 was born.
Don't worry about Ryo-chan quitting...Wasn't he the one who said, "the day I quit Kanjani8 will be the day I quit the business". So as long as K8 are around, he'll still be around as well. So NEWS' fans don't need to worry too much. _________________

Over all I liked the performance, but the back dancers... in some songs weren't needed. I didn't even see that Tegoshi cut his hair befpre someone mentioned it on here. And Koyama is really brave... to go and stand near fangirls. All bumping into him...

Only in NEWS probably, because they're both from Osaka and the only members in K8 there...
BUT you won't see THAT kind of interaction when they're with K8. It seems like with K8, although Ryo & Uchi are close, but both of them are closer to the rest of eito members than to each other. Uchi is often with Yoko or Subaru or Hina, Ryo's closest friends in K8 is surprisingly not Uchi as everyone believes, but it's Ohkura, Maru & Yassu...

ahh i just watched hoshi wo mezashite DVD....and its really cute in the beginning when teshi said "PI you are late!!" lOL..he called yamapi "PI" awwww..its kinda weird how the young ones in the group all call koyama > kei-chan , but they call pi and ryo so formal...like yamashita-kun/san and nishikido-kun/san

That's b/c Koyama is the second latest one who joined Johnny's, whereas Yamapi and Ryo-chan are the very first two to work for Johnny's. I find it weird to hear Tegoshi call Yamapi "Pi". It's ok to call "Yamapi", but Pi......it used to be called by Jin only and sometimes by Ryo and Kame as well.......but never heard anyone else to call him "Pi" directly.....
@yamapifans: haha i find it okie, because it shows a bit of "member-ai" lOlz. yeah i like it when ryo calls yamapi by "pi" or "pi-chan", as for jin he just simply call yamapi by "pi". i read it somewhere that jin was the first to call him that. ^_<"

i like the DVD part where ryo-chan and yamapi are playing the mirror reflection. lOL..both of them pretend to get angry at each other. and yeah shige voice is really deep and weird? like when he says "senorita's angry" to yamapi. [and i just found out that yamapi has such sexy voice when he talks LOL]
