Can anybody answer what is the whole point of the wacky neighbor Shinkai-kun has? She's really pretty. Her real name is Yoon Son Ha. Her Japanese is pretty good.

please tell me there wasn't show cuz i really wanted to watch it! =)

I guess this thread was started when jtv released their first fansub of it a long time ago.

AS for shinkai-kun's neighbor, well, she's one of the reason i watch the show.

Yes, there was. But for some reason, it ended early. I went to go do laundry around 7:40pm when Shinkai was starting his "estimate flight", and when I came back 5 minutes later they were showing some sort of talk show.

There definitely was an episode this past Sunday. I watched it. It seemed to have ended quite abruptly or seemed kind of short but my clock in my bedroom is ahead so I sometimes get mixed up when it actually did end. Hope that made sense.

They don't show her enough though.

Here is my theory as to why she was added. It's just to add to the whole idea that Shinkai-kun has women chasing him all over the place. All the attractive flight attendants want him and even his neighbor but he is choosing to be with a ground crew worker.

A relative who lives in LA said he expected Good Luck to end this weekend. Instead, it was cut into two parts--this weekend's half was about 28 minutes long, as opposed to the normal 45 minute episodes. You might get to see the second half of the final episode this coming weekend!

I m watching Good Luck now and it is totally awesome... ranks in one of my favs now too... the drama and heroics and character are so enjoyable to watch... and the way that Shinkai got with Ogawa is so totally cute... and everytime they play the song after they manage to overcome some problems makes me feel so spirited heheh... totally enjoyable... i give it an 8 out 10 from wat i have seen so far...

I have not yet been able to get either the old or the new version to play properly on my system. I haven't figured out what's wrong. Apparently others are able to play even the old version perfectly well. I get pixellated, blocky, blurred, images. All of the other Good Luck episodes play fine. Torrent is a hash based protocol I think. So it shouldn't mix up the old and the new versions. I just hope my version is not some kind of hybrid with some chunks from the old and some chunks from the new version. I did delete the old version (although it may still be in my recycle bin) before downloading the "new" one. Someone suggested IRC. I may have to give that a try.
