Sushi as most people know it in the states is Edo/Tokyo sushi. They have the best sushi there. Kansai has the best of just about everything else, though. Hiroshima okonomiyaki is quite something, and Hakata ramen is of course very famous and delicious.

Yeah, you're right about that. Unless someone PM'ed him about his "spam" posting. And that was reason enough for him to "hide" again.
