Seems like Kame and Koki are the busiest kat-tuners when it comes to making TV series. wonder if Jin would have been busy too if he didn't have to go on hiatus?

Hi milk_shake thanks for the info on the schedule. Been trying to catch Music station on Animax for several weeks. NHK 's SC Premium airs at around 9 or 1o P.M. on Sunday nights.

i watched it last night and awhile ago... no good! if ure a big V6 fan, then u should have watch it... u can watch the replay this sunday evening..

well, months before his hiatus, lets just say (or assume) after he did ANEGO, jin isnt busy after that... the only schedule he had at that time was UTAWARA and some KT promotions so no solo projects for him.... they say this triggered jin to go hiatus ~

well, yeah, that's true. that's when rumors like "he was sposed to star in sapuri but they gave it to kame" came out. but also remember that sposedly, he did anego without the permission of the jimusho, and also that there were rumors floating around that he was becoming stubborn. i'm not saying it's his fault or whatever, but i think there are a lot more complicated reasons to this hiatus than we have been led to believe.




anyway, the cover for the new album is out!! still five of them. haay...

theyve done this already in their last single ~

i havent seen it but im going hunting for it since i bought the LE ~

i hope its not something CARTOONY (as to what the album title tells us) or something stupid ~

so far KTs single/album covers look KAKKOI to me, simple yet elegant looking altho its low budgeted ~

and i do hope there is something 'jin' in the booklet coz after all, KATTUN is originally 6 members.. and in the 'thank you' section of the album, i hope the others would act 'bad' just this once and mention jin IF this is going against jimushu ~

i wish i can read romanji/kanji ~

the album covers are actually quite plain. the limited ed cover looks like the cover for best of kat-tun, minus jin. and the regular ed cover has weird colors. hehe. kame is red, koki is yellow, maru is purple, then ueda is blue, and junno is orange. haha! but i don't really care bout that right now. LOL! i'm just glad i'm getting them. and koki is in the middle, not kame. good for him! hehee.
oh, and since you're getting the limited ed, then fear not, coz jin is going to be there. i mean, they have predebut songs, and you can't have predebut songs without jinjin in it. plus jinjin is credited as the writer for love or like, so his name is mentioned in the album. unless they re-recorded everything without jinjin, then that would really piss me off.

and i don't think mentioning jinjin's name is prohibited by the jimusho. note that in jinjin-post-hiatus jweb entries of yamapi, he did mention him. and also, the kat-tun CMs that came out, had him in them. as to whether the guys might mention his name in the acknowledgment, i doubt that. kat-tun has never been a very showy group. they might go "thank you to my bandmates" or something to that effect, but i doubt they'll single out jinjin's name.

Hi, besides you tube, I also go into www.veoh.com to look for videos. Though their videos are not as many as youtube, at least i can watch it at my convenience time (but you have to register to d/l). There's a Peak performance (SCSP 2007).. one kind Kattun fan uploaded it for us to watch (Thank you to him/her!!)...

helloo... well, they still sound good without Jin and each play more part in singing i guess. hmm... didnt know there were so many rumours about Jin's hiatus... hope that Jin will COME back to KATTUN I do not want them to be like Atomic Kitten where a new member comes in to replace one who left n re-record all songs (such a spoiler)... Memories of the one who left should be preserved. The "thank you" note in album would be a gd way to see how close they are if they specifically say names to thank... I'm just afraid that if they are not so close, the chances of Jin coming back may b little and them splitting?? Yikes!! Can't think of that.. *bad bad* hmmm...

it was dissapointing tho ~ far from what i expected
LE is better but RE is somewhat they came out from a rainbow so i think its ok ~

but nevertheless DISSAPOINTING...

i do think theyre close as aver since theyve been together since day 1 ~ they were brought up as a team, w/no outsiders and no one was left out when they debut...

as what evil_zai said, the member are not 'showy' or expressive about each other except when they really need to... say for example during jins farewell in 24hrTV

everyone in the fandom hopes for jinjin's return. well, we'll see in a couple of weeks, i guess. i mean, if they're sticking with the announced 6mos hiatus. i'm just waiting for some kind of announcement or whatever.

regarding the bond bet the members, i think it's quite strong. it's impossible to be with each other for more than 5yrs and still be strangers. although they themselves say that they weren't that close before, i think that kat-tun's brand of closeness is different from, say, arashi's closeness. although they are not showy, their true feelings surface when there is a need for it to. i think theirs is a deep but rather complicated bond. they know each other's strengths and weaknesses, and complement each other on that. it's a quiet but enduring kind of friendship, like when kame said in nijyu yojikan terebi that when he has lost his strength, or like feels that he can't go on, the one person he runs to is always jinjin. that says a lot about the friendship between these boys.

i'm not too sure about jinjin's picture. i meant that his name will be in the album, since it is written under the credits for love or like.

and koki being at the center isn't an issue to me too. i think it's about time that the jimusho lets the others step up, rather than always counting on kame or jinjin.

oh well, i am still hoping and praying of atleast 1 pic of jin in the album eventho its a tiny, itsy-bitsy picture, i can settle for that

oh now i get it, Kame is in the middle in the BnMd cover and they choose Koki for the album... is it because hes the 2nd most busy person in KT? hahahaha dont mind me, im just playing around... but now i wish they choose Ueda to be the Holy Grail of the cover ~ lol

and dint u notice, Maru somewhat "fill in" Jins spot in the BnMd and now Ueda in their brand new Peak song? and i feel that after Jins hiatus, the lyrics are now almost equally distributed ~

why the heck Ueda's solo is not the famous LOVE IN SNOW? and no Kame solos in the KT album? nande? KIZUNA would be fine ~

and nice one for yamapi contributed some lyrics in FIGHT ALL NIGHT song ~

i respect the BOND of KATTUN as much as i respect the SPECIAL BOND between Akanishi and Kamenashi... but during the early weeks of their tomodachis hiatus, Ueda has been very vocal about his feelings towards Akanishi rahter than Kamenashi... im not saying Kame should say something or make a comment about this but seeings jins closest mate not saying anything kinda ticks me off... well forgive me if he done something already about the matter (and just ignore me bitching Kame) but if my stand is still correct, cant he be just honest and say something? i know Jin would do something if Kame is in his position... knowing Jin would go against jimushu is no surprising ~

hmm..sorry for bringing this up... i just wanna say that unexpectedly, Ueda 'acted' more like a true friend than just a bandmate when it should be Kame in the first place ~
dont get me wrong tho, im a fan of Kame too, after all hes one of my favorites

i don't think it's based on who is the busiest at the moment or whatever. maybe bec freedom is in it, and i'm assuming that it's gonna be used for koki's new drama? LOL! and in bnmd, there were different people at the middle. the cover was kame at the middle, but inside, there was also the same pic, but with maru in the middle, and another one with junno.

and with regards to filling in jinjin's spot, i think it's based on whose voice would best fit the song. coz maru's voice is more for ballads, while ueda's is for rock, as seen in shokura solos when they were younger.

and kizuna can't be in this one bec it was released already. and i think yamapi co-wrote the rap with koki for fight all night, but i do know that takki wrote the song. which is weird bec he wasn't credited for it.

everyone in the group posted something about jinjin's hiatus. but yes, ueda was very vocal about it. in defense to kame, i think he took it the hardest. everyone knows kame's tendency to take responsibility over everything. besides, he has always been known to keep his feelings to himself. it's not in his nature to bare his soul. i also think it's also bec kame and jinjin had a serious talk about the hiatus beforehand. as kame said, he already said the things he needed to say to jin. i don't think he felt the need to involve the fans in it. it was something private, and i respect that. ueda's brand of friendship is different from kame's. but to me, both of them didn't fail as a friend to jinjin.

likewise! its like im in uedas shoes and speaking directly to kame w/c is u ~ haha the difference is, we dont speak in japanese.

demo ne, discussing this w/u gains me more knowledge about Kame since honestly i just like Kame as an actor so far, but never been fangirling Kame that much like what i do w/Jin and Ueda. but what seperates him from those 2 and the rest of his mates is that he is a damn hardworker, thats why johnny takes good care of him by giving him alot of projects and being good 'sports slave worker'
so thanks for the Kame tidbits, i did so enjoy it w/a lil anxiety coz i might have offended the KAMErs ~

ok u have a point. i did read somewhere that kame is not much of a personal talker, he worries alot of what people might think of him, and that he's very solitary coz he finds it hard to be w/others, etc.. so i guess it figures how he dint make any comment about his friends hiatus... and i know of he doesnt keep nikis same w/others right? or maybe they write once in awhile coz i read some before unlike yamapi who owns and writes religiously.. so i guess one thing that lacks about it is a medium of his own...
and most probably the two of them did talk privately about this but then again, it was awkwardly knowing Kame and the rest was so shock after Jin announced his hiatus publicly (correct me if im wrong) supposedly the situation should have been Jin telling his mates beforehand to prepare themeselves emotionally coz it would have been more meaningful if all 6members were there in the presscon... but i understand why Jin wasnt able to tell them beforehand because its more painful alright to tell and explain this to his bandmates rather than dropping the bomb to jimishu itself ~ i could still rmbr last october, JE fandom is in EMOTIONALLY unstable ne ~
oh well, i guess i am expecting 'something' to those people who are closest to Jin ~

i should think they re-record Kizuna as a team...
i know it would be impossible to include Kizuna but its Kames solo and its part of KT so i still think they should have included it.

im pretty sure 2 or 3 jin's solos (murasaki, hesitate and pinky) would have been included if not for his hiatus since we all know how those 3 songs are so darn popular... even on ringtones ~ lol
but im not a big fan of those 3 songs, i am more into his DB songs Ha Ha and Sorezore no omoi... and the hesistate acoustic version in DB is better ~

i nver open my BnMd cd so i dint know they had different 'holy grails' in every page ~ hahahaha dont ask me why i dint open my copy coz i know lots of fans dont open their KT cds... hahaha

i'm glad this discussion is making you know kame better. not that i claim that i know kame or whatever. but at least from an observer's pov.

yes, he's a very private person. well, i mean, as private as one in his status can be anyway. oh, and they keep nikis. but kame doesn't update much. maru is the most active, i think. it's hard to compete with pi when it comes to nikis, coz he's like addicted to it. LOL! anyway, they did talk about it to each other. coz kame was somehow singled out when jinjin's presscon was broadcast. i remember the reporters asking jinjin about kame and his reaction and what they talked about, but jinjin didn't divulge any. and the hiatus thing, the members already knew it was coming. jinjin told them during the nijyu yojikan period, and that was like august, yes?

on the album, the pre-debut songs are just bonuses. i mean, they're not on the album's normal edition. the ones that are really on the album are mostly new songs. so i'm ok with kizuna and all the other great pre-debut songs not being included, bec they aren't just meant to be in the new album. also, notice that all of the songs in the bonus cd are group songs. there isn't any solo predebut song. so i guess maybe, when the time comes that kat-tun will celebrate some milestone, maybe they'll get released.

on bnmd. you can take a peek. hehe. that's what i do anyway.

I heard somewhere that Jin might be back for their april concert. Though I know this is highly unlikely...as they promoted the album without his face, and april being a week away, Jin should've been back in Japan and practicing and so forth thus must've caught some media attention...but, sadly, pathetically, i'm hoping... anyone know anything? a "you've got to be kidding" is good enough...
