Yup, supposedly 5 years talaga dapat para matapos ang course ko (CoE) kaso we follow the quarterm system kaya dapat 4 years ko ito natapos. :sweat:

Opportunity for poor kids to get good education. That's all he wants.
in a larger picture, this is such bad publicity for our government. it's so pathetic. the People have to resort to violence just to plead for a BASIC NEED (education) that the government should have been able to give in the first place.
