finished the 1st season of Shinsengumi. taking a little break before i continue to the second season.

episode 10 was nice, a rise, a little climax.
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:

though i still don't really get who the bad guy is, the shogunate or westerners or whoever. There are evil people here and there. And i still i don't get whether the emperor and the shogun are different or not. i so don't get how people can actually remember all these names Nut . Still, i somehow feel 49 episodes is a bit of a drag. out of the first 12 that i saw, there was at least croppable scenes that if comulated will be about 1 or 2 episodes.

episode 4 of Dandori ~Dance Drill~

are all sport doramas like this? stumbling blocks here and there again and again, and finally...

lemme just say i think it's better than Attack no.1 because it's funny and it's got a lot of cho kawai girls. But to tell you the truth, Bring it on! looked good compared to this. japanese cheerleading sucks big time. Maybe becoz it was more focused on the drama aspect rather than the cheerleading itself. And cheerleading is no fun without the byotches Beaten

well at least it's better than that Camp Jim thingi. Gosh that show scares me.

I have no idea....but it sure seems it. Unless if you consider Bowling a sport.

That one bowling drama.....Golden Bowl was it....at least that one its ok.

btw, Dandori is decent until the end, where it got a bit more exciting.
I found it enjoyable though.........maybe because all the girls have different personality Sweat Sweat

Unfair Ep.1:

Eita is in this, as I already knew. But STILL needs to brush his hair. And he's a cop in this too!

Was also happy to see Mao Kobayashi in this as well. She's not credited in the database here.

And Ryoko Shinohara is convincing as tough-girl cop Yukihira Natsumi. I'm looking foward to this series Smile

This series also contains possibly the cutest Japanese child ever: Natsumi-chan's daughter Mio Smile

LOL. I don't think I've seen a drama where he actually has neat looking hair....possibly Tokyo Friends??

I think you'll like the acting in this drama, its amazing to see how skilled some of these actors and actresses are.

Possibly cutest Japanese child in a Japanese series.....yea, its either this girl or the one from Hotman Mr Green Mr Green

I agree, Mio-chan is adorable!

Unfair is great, can't wait to see the movie (coming out this year)
and come on Eita's hairstyle is like his trademark (like in Sapuri), I can't imagine him without it! I wonder how much time the hairdresser needs to get his hair done hehe

A movie??? Shocked Shocked
Thats awesome. I'd definitely buy it Mr Green

And you're right.....his hair is like his trademark.
My bet, it takes his hairdresser only 10min...if that. For me, if I had hair like him, if I can't get the hair to look the way i want to after 5 tries, I'd give up and get a hair cut hehe hehe

I made the same observation somewhere on this forum... Beaten

The guy probably has never heard of a comb or a hairbrush. hehe
