It seems the girls like the new song better than the guys (me and Lord Edwood; I think we're the only guys still around here?).

It's not a bad song, but I guess it's just a little too upbeat and simple for my tastes. It's definitely fun, though, and I'll probably start to like it more with further listens.

Don't forget about me shadowthrone, I'm still here When I listened the performance I had a strong feeling, that Hyde's voice is really tired. In many moments Hyde rather shouted than sung and it didn't sound well. I hope it's only temporary..

I love the single verses, the melody is very catchy and lovely, but I hate the chrous. dunno why but for me it is a breaking line in the song. After I had listened to it many times now, I can say that I like the song. However I don't love it.

There are some fine moments in the song but I don't like the overall of it. It's a song best seen performed for me and like steffibj has said, it's refreshing to have something new from laruku

EDIT: I've been trying to download the performance for hours yet it kept cutting halfway. I was wondering if anyone of you has a smaller version of the performance (in .avi or MPEG4) and wouldn't mind to upload. I'm having big problem in downloading HUGE file. Appreciate the help

but i think that hyde's voice not as usual there is somthing wrong specially in the english parts???
and what he did in his teeth -when you ppl first said that he fix it befor 15th L'Anniversary ,i though you were talkin about the broken tooth
but i notice that there is somthing changed in his mouth
and i think that he lose some weight --right??

Is it really so necessary to know if hyde/HYDE got his teeths fixed or if he gets thinner???
All of us know that every member has very much to do lately.
Is it really so extra-ordinary if they are losing weight or looking tired?
L'Arc~en~ciel is L'Arc~en~ciel because of its music abilities. Why for heaven's sake is it so important if hyde got his teeths fixed or whatever.

I haven't gotten around to download the performance, but based on what I heard from the rip, I got the impression that Hyde was trying to pull out his old signature from Dune-Tierra era. I can tell from his rich vibrato and that technique he used when switching from high to low register, he played with his voice more than he had done in the last two albums IMO. It also appeared that he'd slowly stripped his raw, rock-god persona off him and returned to his roots. Im so glad L'Arc has finally resumed their activities. Welcome back, boys.

haha, knowing the teeths thing *is* very weird, but it's only because i know it from him telling us in hydeist! hyde is a very enigmatic person [part of his charm, i guess] but he does keep everyone informed in the hydeist chat when he has time. you can ask him weird question like 'what do you smell like?' and he answer you.

it seem a lot of people to talk about hydes voice sound different. he did say in HYDEIST chat also that he was going to practice very hard for L'Arc. it was evident in L'Anniversary concert~ how you open your mouth wide to produce higher sounds and louder tone. And now evident too with his vibrato~ that take practice to make a sound like that!

As for Seventh Heaven, i dont know how i feel. it's a catchy tune that it gets stuck in my head but it's too dance and doesn't feel enough rock. all the recent songs lately dont' seem to have many Ken-chan guitar riffs either, which that i love! i feel comfort knowing other L'Arc fans are having a similar feeling. i am glad i am not alone in saying that ! but as many said, it does feel like they go back to their old sound, which is what they want to try. i just hope the new album has more rock-ish style sounds.

i was thinking about the 4 songs that will probably be on the next album [LINK, SHINE, Seventh Heaven and that other unnamed tune from the L'15th] and they're ok, but they all sound very similar~ boppy and dance-like. hmm.

i still excited that they are making new music and it is a fun time to be a fan! get to see them on tv very much and hyde's cute dancing

the 4th song is the one played at L'15

and vibrato is a bad bad bad thing for a vocalist... i hope he will return to his L'15 way of singing ^^ he sang very bad during his DUNE period. best singing was at L'15.
i guess it was just a bad day for him ^^
