You add "han" after "ji".
10:30 am would be �ߑO�P�O���� (gozen ju-ji han) or simply �P�O���� (ju-ji han) in 24-hour notation
10:30 pm would be �ߌ�P�O���� (gogo ju-ji han) or simply �Q�Q���� (niju-ji han) in 24-hour notation

Life kan also be "jinsei", and "nai" can also mean without. ^^ but let's wait for a-san for the accurate translations with explanations.  _________________
