possibly....
I gotten shampoo in my eyes (though i think everyone has experienced that)
uhh.......
can't think of anything else that is an unusual in your eye experience

Slingshot effect from the bristles. I was trying too hard to empty the tube of its last few toothpaste molecules.

That's really bad to get toothpaste in your eye, considering toothpaste has all those abrasive particles in it...
