You forgot something very essential in this sentence.

It should be... "Anata no namae wa nan desu ka?"

 Good morning - Ohaiyou gozaimasu
Are you ok - daijoubu desuka?
We can just answer - hai, daijoubu desu!

but if you want to ask how are you - Ogenki desuka?
 Answer - Genki desu

I'm also in the process of learning, so, forgive me if there any mistakes. Hope others can give opinion...onegai!

 hahaha is ok.

You spelled the state Ohio instead, but its all goodd

When asking if someone if you're pretty close to, say like a friend if he/she is ok, i think its also fine to just say "daijyobu" according to how things are...

ex. your friend trips over something...saying "daijyobu" without the "desu ka" shouldn't be all that big a deal.

If you're saying congrats to friends, you can simply say omedetou, but if you're saying it to people you really aren't close to, say omedetou gozaimasu. More polite and formal

in the bracket is the pronounciation

Normally people will say I'm home - "Tadaima!!"
And person in the house will answer - "Okaeri!"
