Is it expensive? Can you send me the link? I'm currently reading the on-going manga version (vagabond) and am really interested in the story. It takes forever to download from d-addicts Grumble

Have you seen any of the movie versions of Musashi?

The trilogy starring Mifune Toshiro and directed by Inagaki Hiroshi is one of the more famous versions... Smile

So desu.

It shouldn't take that long to download the stuff from D-Addicts: You can watch one episode while downloading the others... As a test, I managed to download several episodes overnight... Smile

If you don't like BT (Like me Bleah) you can get it from DramaFFA: http://www.dramaffa.com/review/JDrama/Musashi/220/

Click on the + next to "Extra Links" for download links.

I think i'll put this on my list...

Thx! BTW, starting from ep. 7, I can't seem to play the mpg file w/ either WMP or RealPlayer, even though I have the divx codec and player installed (the first 6 episodes and other torrent files played just fine). What else do I need? Head Scratch

I've just started reading this thread, and am up to pg. 10, I think Tired , so if this has been covered before, I apologize. Some people seem to be complaining about the sword play; for some great ones watch the movie 'The Princess Blade' w/ Yumiko Shaku and Hideaki Ito. The action choreography is much better than in 'Azumi' or 'Shinobi', but it's done by THE great Donnie Yen though Naughty , so it may not be pure Japanese style.

It's $60.00 for the entire year. Or $5.00 a month. You can find the information at http://www.national-anime.com

I had the same problem with episodes 7 - 18 ( because these episodes are MP3), and I downloaded them from emule (there these episodes have the mpeg2 extension) But you can use VLC media player or Inter Video VinDVD 6. It's preferable, because the image quality is more better in MP3 extension.

I like very much Mifune's movies, but as Musashi he seems to me too old... specially the I part of the trilogy, when Musashi is 17 years old..., the III part is perfect!!!

The basic image of the wall - the two silhouettes in the light - is unique - and I din't find an similar with Otsu in MUSASHI...that is the reason I used an image of the same scene... but if you have one or more captures you like very much, post them here and I'l use in new walls.
The walls I have with Otsu are very different and I don't know if you'l like them. The first:
