Listening to my boss cough up a lung down the hallway.
Such a thrilling sound to hear while you're eating your lunch.
Ewwwwwwwww. Coughing annoys the heck out of me. I get angry if someone has a tickle in their throat. Also loathe hearing anyone sniff or sneeze. Even myself.
Is your boss a smoker?

I could have posted this in the "Food food" thread, "Talk crap about work" thread or here. I chose here: A co-worker that has a "Killer burrito" for lunch. That guy won't need his car, he's going to be "self-propelled" home!

Hopefully it'll be a little cooler tomorrow at 25 C.
There's no AC in two of the rooms I work in.
Man, that sucks. I would hate that ... In a previous job, the pokey little office I was in wasn't airconditioned... I used to sweat all over my writing pad

Apparently it gets like that in June. Right now I'm just sticky... ALL THE TIME! It's frustrating. Thank gawd we just finished the clay unit. I can't imagine working with it in this heat.
Tomorrow is gonna be 28 C now, according to the news, AND RAIN. I'll have a fro. [/i] _________________

Stuff like this:
Hancock's father sues over pitcher's death
By JIM SALTER, Associated Press Writer
May 24, 2007
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The father of Josh Hancock filed suit Thursday, claiming a restaurant provided drinks to the St. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher even though he was intoxicated prior to the crash that killed him.
The suit, filed in St. Louis Circuit Court by Dean Hancock of Tupelo, Miss., does not specify damages. Mike Shannon's Restaurant, owned by the longtime Cardinals broadcaster who starred on three World Series teams in the 1960s, is a defendant in the case along with Shannon's daughter, Patricia Shannon Van Matre, the restaurant manager.
Other defendants include Eddie's Towing, the company whose flatbed tow truck was struck by Hancock's sport utility vehicle in the early hours of April 29; tow truck driver Jacob Edward Hargrove; and Justin Tolar, the driver whose stalled car on Interstate 64 was being assisted by Hargrove.
The guy gets drunk, and while driving his SUV while intoxicated, runs into a tow truck thats helping someone else and gets killed. So, his Dad is suing the restaurant where he got drunk AND the tow truck driver and the motorist the tow truck driver was helping!!! Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your own actions?!!?
