It's getting more depressing and I'm getting more fustrated..........but on a brighter note...I'm going to go out and say how I think it'll end...

If it's a conventional ending....it'll probably replay the whole beginning scene of him..but this time...he's the guy in the white suit...blah blah blah...

If it's the other type of ending...it'll probably end up with him being satisfied having "tried"......and he's happy that she's happy....

This is all just speculation though.....agree or disagree if you like

This is not a spoiler becuase this may or may not happen...and I haven't even said any names...so I don't need to warn anyone.....hopefully

Ep8 is just, annoying. Arrrgh. I feel so sorry for Ken. Really... To be told in his face by the girl he loves that she's decided to go out with Tada-san + the fact that she liked him before but has stopped. Just..Too much to take in 1 minute for Ken. It's so pathetically cruel and Rei doesn't notice either. Ep9, the last slide...Where is Ken going to get to then...I have no idea how this is gonna end now. Previously prior to Ep5 I was still fairly confident that he will get her in the end. From 6 onwards it's became increasingly doubtful. Maybe it's like the fairy said, the ending doesn't matter, what matters is to create the life without regrets.

Ep 08 is just sad....

The distance between Ken and Rei is widening. Towards the end, Ken recalls Rei scolding him for being insensitive and from that moment, doesn't address Ken as Kenzo anymore. That is so depressing. This episode seems to focus on friendship more, you see Mikio helping out Ken. The gang of 5 + 1(Tada) gave up their trip to watch the sunrise and decided to return to accompany Ken. It also remind Ken that no matter how hard he try, he can never forget Rei. Ep 09 seems like another depressing episode as well

OOT (only for those interested): finally I understood why Rei kept calling Ken as Kenzou even though his actual name is Iwase Ken

In Kanji, Iwase Ken is written as �␣��,
��=Iwa; ��=Se; ��=Ken

However, in Ep3, on his eraser, Ken wrote his name together with his class, being
�␣���O�N*�g, meaning Iwase Ken, year 3, class * (could be A, B, C, D, or anything).
�O=San; �N=Nen; �g=Kumi/Gumi

But interestingly when he torn the eraser into 2 pieces, on one piece that he gave to Rei, the text remaining on it being �␣���O while Ken kept the other pieces written �N*�g.

That's why Rei at first read it as Iwase Kenzou. Note that when character �� comes with �O, it is read as Kenzou instead.

That kid loves that girl! Really cute and sweet to see such thing (is also hilarious cause he is tiny and she is tall) like he says "my tall flower."

Yeah I guess u're right about not knowing what we want until we lose them. Regret is really one of the worst feelings we can ever have, because it's something we can't do anything about.

I also learnt about friendship in this show. I really feel that I understood what they say when they were talking about how their friendship will continue forever (in episode 8). Especially when I'm going overseas for studies, leaving my friends. Even as we are apart, it's the memories that hold us together, and keep us going.

Sadly, but surely, this show is going to end. I hope the ending will be a great one, be it happy or sad.
