I heard they're really cracking down on that and you have to jump through all kinds of hoops to have the value of the car certified... Besides, I think I could get more by selling it than donating it.

LOL, but people would complain again, saying you abuse your mod power and stuff.. Like that one time when someone accused you of going over the size limit of pictures when you zap sigs without warning.

I used to PM people and give them time to change it, but they just ignored the PMs, so now I delete 'em right away and tell 'em why.

That's true, I publically humiliate my students.

But I think it's fair to warn them once through PM first. If they don't listen, then go ahead and zap. This way no can say you're abusing your power, because they didn't listen in the first place and therefore didn't take the responsibility.

I tried that initially: I sent out numerous PMs to people regarding their avatars and sigs and most of 'em never replied or made the corrections...

Then once Genma gave us the power to whack any avatar or sig, it was open season...

As far as I'm concerned, they can cry and throw tantrums all they want: It's their responsibility when joining a message board to read the rules and not just post away like an idiot...
