Dang.. Those are Scanned pretty Bad eh.. I mean.. like cropping is bad... Okay.. What if I put mine one too
It's amazing what you can find in the $2-3 bin
Ah great! Thanks for scanning. Please do the rest of them as well
And actually the oricon style isnLt very expensive. Even here in Germany, where all other imported J-mags cost around 10-12 EUR, the Oricon style is only 3 EUR. Very cheap
I don't know... Either that or some Jealous Aya Fan doesn't like me. right now.. I'm trying to figure out a way to save my group. Well at least keep my server I'm fricken paying alive.
Still that videos problem? DidnLt the splitting idea work?

I think one of your members betrayed you cause I don't know how someone will just look into your site and see what's in there is "illegal". How'd this copyright issue come into place? Did someone email you? What'd they say?
If this carries on, will you have to shut down the site? Cause your site consists mostly of those rare videos.
All the files well .. the Video files and some of the mp3's are stored on my Domain Server.. the folks the running that server emailed me said I'm Violating their rule.... Saying I can't store Files in the server that doesn't pertaining to my site. Man I have 300 GB of space that I paying ... I might as well make use of it... but I guess they don't want me to put the Copyright Material there Such as mp3's and Avi Movies. So I'm moving all my mp3's to another place.. It's Actually all Aya's Music. and the Avi files will turn to rar files. .. So there's no Divx Viewer there just going break it to 10 min Segments & upload it to the Video Site .. But I will embed it on the Review Section for Viewing Purposes and Still use my server , but instead of Uploading AVI files I will upload RAR files instead.. Man I hate Re-Uploading the files again. _________________

I think that idea with all videos as zip or rar sounds good. They probably only make sweeps over their customers webspaces for files like mp3, mpeg, avi, etc that might cause copyright problems.

LOL, that restriction in particular is especially pervert. Btw why not shutting down ur site related to your work. Cause I went there and all video samples are no longer available. And it consists in only one page of advertising. Is that profitable ? More profitable than paper prospectus distributed in the street, in tourists restaurants etc ? I mean, if ur site only consists of 100% Aya things they won't come and say you're storing files which have no link to ur site.
Ah, your site is under sonstruction LOL sorry I missed the little icon on the top. Hmm hey it's been "under construction" for ages then, LOL.
Well, dunno if what I said is useful or not. Anyway, try what Free said and also think if you can change your account from a "professionnal purpose server" to a "domestic purpose server". This way they won't have anything to complain. Or else change server provider LOL. Good luck negociating. Make good use of ur money, like I said, I don't really see the plus-value of ur little advertising page. Better advertise differently. So u may just shut ur site down, change server contract, and take a domestic subscription. And from the money u saved by changing contract, invest it in prospectus printing, little cards i.e paper-advertising.

Well I haven't Updated my Site.. Cause I have no time yet.. LOL... My Business is mostly word of mouth. and I get alot of Email Orders.. Oh those videos were attached to you tube with the Aya Vids I added on you tube.. That's why those Videos are no longer there. Cause they Cancelled my Youtube account cause of the Aya Stuffs. .. The Problem is that When you View and download my Videos in Multiply it will show its connected to my Domain Site on the Status bar. So I guess.. they found out that I'm hosting Copyright Materials that's why They want me to take that out. Wanna See what they wrote to me? _________________

Hm. If u change your subscription to a domestic purpose, don't you think that they will tolerate you to host copyright files in a certain amount ? After all you don't have THAT much musics, dramas etc. There are blogs all over the world that share more material, like 500 music tracks etc. After all, what do most people who have a domestic server ? Don't tell me they all host their private videos of chirstmas spent in family etc. NO ! Most people host little amount of coyright material. Try to become part of this category of customers. (+ make archive files too don't forget)

Indeed. They can actually see every web page from which ur server is linked. It's basically the same functionality than google option : "Display all pages linked to this website". Very easy to find out.
Go on and show me what they wrote.

I know I don't have much Music.. That's why I load it in Multiply. .. They Just don't like that fact that I'm using the Space as a "Storage" for files. Which is mostly AVI files ..thats why I'm gonna zip it or rar it.. Hopefully that will solve it.. The only thing I hate is to Upload Everything Again!!!! _________________

Then subscribe for a domestic storage purpose server. Doesn't that offer exist ? In my opinion they already went to take a look on multiply, so just changing it to .zip while ur server is still linked from multiply won't change anything I think. Well I'm not sure, show me what they wrote
edit : hey I realize I really like your latest scan I'm using as avatar. I had forgotten how conforting were Aya's smile (mouth closed), Aya's stare full of tenderness, Aya's long hair, after being confronted with serious concerns. (ahah nah candy I'm not worried only because of you, let me reassure you.)

Hm. So changing into .zip or .rar files still put you outside the contract. You can just hope they won't see your trick. But I don't believe it will work, because they can see that people downloading Aya files, will all come by clicking a link displayed on multiply.com . It doesn't matter if the files are no longer .avi, they don't care you're out of the contract .... Lol and should u put alll Aya links on your professionnal site, it's still wrong because these files are 'media'. Well, switch contract.
edit : all in all candy, your subscription is NOT a server LOL. It's a hosting space for website that's all. NOT a server because any File Transfer Protocol is forbidden. LOL All people can do is just browsing your website not download.
Your trick (changing .avi to .zip and tell people to re-change correctly by themselves) is cunning but has nothing to do here.
