hey i have a good idea about voting^^
we can registe with 2,3,4,or 5 usernames
and instead of voting just once in a day we can vote 3 or 4 times & make l'arc~en~ciel on the top^^
i try this and it's working~

Yeah, but be careful. If they notice, L'Arc may be disqualified.

Gackt's solo band is called GacktJOB, but their real name is only "Gackt."
It's probably because the voting is for "the best BAND in the world" that he is called "GacktJob" there... seeing as Gackt is just a solo artist. ^^
If we're talking about Japanese bands then Gazette at number 18 is actually Laruku's next hurdle but it's okay to aim high since number 1 is the ultimate goal haha! Great job passing Gacktjob let's keep it up!

Considering the fact that L'Arc~en~Ciel rises about a hundred plus spots, it is not just a fantasy to see them taking the No#1 spot. Now, who's going to mail this to them? A Hydeist will be better since you can put in on the Hydeist BBS when Hyde's online. The strategy : Persuade Hyde and he'll persuade the band but knowing Hyde he might just say they're going international soon...he just won't state when! _________________

I love L'Arc~en~Ciel, but even I am surprised at how well they are doing in this competition. I suppose they are very well known in the internet community, but not so much outside of that. Yet the internet community these days is a significant part of the population, I would say.
I just voted for them and they are currently at the 25th position. That's a huge jump up from 150 or so.
why every one just voting for l'arc en ciel you forget hyde
Hyde is a solo artist while the vote is for the best band in the world. I dunno know who put him and GacktJob on the list in the first place, but I honestly think its not the best idea. _________________

Technically, I'm not sure if I would refer to Hyde as a solo artist anymore. With all of the writing etc. Kaz has been putting in and the other two members being a little bit more than just live performers.
Also, GacktJob is a full band as well. Yet besides Gackt, they're only a live band.

Well, Hiroki and Furuton didn't even play on the FAITH album. They were just for the live shows. Kaz has a different role.. but still, they seem to work well together and they're still called "HYDE". That's enough solo to me. ^^
L'Arc is slowly climbing to the top, they're at the 21st spot. Gazette is a pretty solid band and so is Dir en Grey. I think the reason ppl vote for these two bands is because they get more exposure by holding overseas tours and having continous release. I dunno why L'Arc wouldn't take the risk of holding a tour farther than east asian region, given that they're aware of the fact of their growing popularity amongst overseas fans. Japan is never short of fresh new talents, IMO long hiatus will onle harm their popularity.
I couldn't help laughing to see who's on the top 10, what are Backstreet Boys and Westlife doing up there _________________

Whoohee! Laruku is at #21!!! Just a few more, I hope they get the number 1 spot.
It's been a long time since I've posted here...what's been happening? I had my internet connection disconnected coz we're moving to another house...such a bummer, huhuhu! It might take sometime before I can get to hear the new songs.
