There apparently isn't a feature to do that as far as I know, else the Admin would've done it already.... At least I hope he would have.

hmm i suggest for the title to be changed to "READ THIS BEFORE YOU START A NEW THREAD" then. I think "posting guidelines" is not strong enough to catch the attention of newbies to this forum haha hopefully this will lighten the workload of you moderators

Well there's more to the guidelines than just starting new threads: stuff about content, signatures, avatars, etc... "Posting Guidelines" is more generic and all-encompassing.
Having a bold font or blinking would be cool, but again, it's up to the Admin...

Erm... can you clarify? Do you mean based on the actual comments when voting instead of the number?
That would be impossible because it would take forever to go through them all that way...

Total comment count isn't that much better than the votes.
The entire Top 50 should be scrapped... It's pointless.

Hero gets: 10,7,10 which gives us the average: 9

The List will be:
