FNS 27-Hours TV Live REPORT!!!
WOWW!!! Seriously, the title suppose to be "SHINGO 27-HOURS TV LIVE"!! xD I thought after the first 3-4 hours there would be programs I can leave out, the ones with no Shingo. But nooo, Shingo kept ON on TV!! I couldn't part with the TV! He kept standby LIVE, and didn't sleep for 27 hours. Shingo probably got 1 hour break for 1-2 times only! Its crazy! But even when Shingo was not on TV, the show was Sanma and Nakai!! How can I sleep?? xD really, FNS 27-hours is not good for Smappies health, lol!
I slept total, about 4 hours only in that 27 hours, in different times xD Maybe, if Nakai is the main host, I can leave the TV more... but its Shingo... *sigh*... how can I not watch him xD
Ok, so reporting from the beginning... I loved the Grand Opening!! The theme this year related to a MOVIE(saiyuuki), so the opening was like a drama and there's some kind of story to it. Sanzohoshi, Sagojo and Hakkai appeared first in the studio, and they were looking for Goku. Goku was on the FujiTV building parking lot, and he had a fight scene with these men in black. Then he run to the studio. During the run, there was a Saiyuuki intro. You know the Saiyuuki intro in the drama series? The one with illustrations, begins with narration, "Long time ago, when dragons still flies on the sky, there were a monk with 3 monsters...". But the last illustration, has FujiTV building illustration on it, and the narration changed to, "This time, the monk and the disciples, arrived on FujiTV, in Odaiba. What kind of adventure awaits them this time?". Love it!^^
In the Grand Opening, asides the FujiTV announcers and the comedians, there were Saiyuuki casts in the studio: Fukatsu Eri (Sanzohoshi), Uchimura Teruyoshi (Sagojo), Ito Atsushi (Hakkai), Mizukawa Asami (Rinrin), Roushi-sama, and Tabe Mikako(just in the MOVIE). There was also YUUKA!!^^
Next there were various VTRs, the first one was Son Gokuu visited a kids school, then also a VTR where Goku visited a certain island's citizens, which once had a nature disaster, etc. Touching VTRs.
On 9.45 PM, the NEP LEAGUE Quiz & Game Battle show!! Nep League hosts vs Saiyuuki vs HERO!!!^0^ The HERO team were Kimura, Matsu Takako, the characters in HERO: Egami, Endo and Suetsugu!^^ It was a great show!! And it was KimuraMatsu!! What more can I asked for?? lol! When Matsu got nervous, Kimura told her, "Otousan (your dad) might be watching now!", haha... loved that! It was a 2-hour show.
Next, the Bowling match that involved areas from all over Japan. The HERO team went home, but Kimura stayed with Shingo in the studio^^ Before the match started, Shingo told Kimura, "as an opening, please do a bowling strike,". haha, Kimura wasn't told before about this, so he was surprised. Too bad, Kimura didn't made it! 5 pins left. But Shingo/Goku went to the end of the bowling lane and drop the 5 pins with his staff...hahaha! Then, Kimura acted satisfied and did high-fives with the other hosts... he also hugged Shingo, LOL!
Around 1 AM, there was a sport special program. I thought I can go to sleep, coz the beginning there was only sport news. But turned out, it was only for a short time! Soon, it was Goku had a volley match with 2 volley athletes, professional, big and taller than Shingo. Haha, you know how Shingo scared of ball!! xD The athletes gave smashes even from service, haha! Goku kept running away from the ball...so funny!!
2 AM, Sanma-Nakai Talk Show. The set was in a room, they were wearing shirts and shorts. They chat along, in a really casual, relax way... Sanma even smoke during the show. There was a topic, "Sanma's Lovemate Top 10", or sumthing like that... I was really sleepy, so I fell asleep x)
About 3.20, I got up... and on 3.40 AM, was Cocorico Miracle Type SP Live. Shingo is in the studio set, and also appear in the drama skits VTR. One VTR was about SMAP, which shot according to Shingo's letter to the show, about each SMAP members' weirdness. What I remember the most was Tsuyoshi, who always mix up Japanese and Korean languages, haha!! After the VTR, Shingo talked about it, and when he started to talk about Tsu, suddenly TSUYOSHI appear in the studio too!! Shingo was surprised, "Tsuyopon! What are you doing here, on 4 AM??". hehe... ii namaka nee^^ The last part, was a LIVE comedy skit of Katori-bucho!! lol!!
Around 5 AM, was CLUB TENJIKU live performance. Monkey Majik, Shingo sings along too. Then Takasugi Satomi, sings Saiyuuki movie themesong, and Shingo was one of the backdancer x) Next was Koda Kumi! I was hoping for Shingo-Kumi duet of Everybody, but none... =( After she sing, Kumi said, "in this merry atmosphere, how about if we add in 1 more person on the stage??!". Shingo looked surprise, "He?? Who else is there?". The big screen on the back showed... KIMURAAAA!!!^0^ The audience were screaming. Shingo was surprised and looking at his watch, "Kimura-kun, what are you doing here, at this time?? I thought you went home already!". LOL!
Kimura and Shingo sings Monkey Majik's song, GANDHARA. Too bad, its not Moai x) After this, during all singers on stage, Kimura and Shingo who were on the audience seat, were always shot by the cameras... they were dancing around too. Especially, Kimura, he kept dancing together with TRF's Sam^^
When it was MC Hammer's turn, MC KAMMER (shingo) also appear on stage, haha!! MC Hammer sang "Too Legit To Quit" and his legendary number, "Cant Touch This"!^^ Sugoi!!
Around 6 AM, was a recorded VTR of Son Gokuu and Goro-chan in the mountain area, helping an old postman work^^ it was a rainy day, and there was strong wind. Shingo and the postman walked on the front, but Goro was somehow left on the back, he asked them to wait for him. Shingo scolded him, "Hayaku shiro!!!(Hurry up, will ya!)", haha...loved this!
Next was Shingo Mama "Ohayou" SP!!! Waaa~ Shingo Mama sang Shingo Mama no Oha Rock, with the kids!! Natsukashiii~~ but on the middle of the song, Shingo Mama looked tired and kinda stopped singing...lol!! Hahaha, seem like a 30 year old indeed... and he got up all night too, must be hard for him, to stay cheerful all the time xD After the song, Son Gokuu appear on the screen behind Shingo Mama. After some funny talks, Goku told Shingo Mama and all people in the studio to follow his MORNING EXERCISE "UKI~!" STYLE!! Heehee... it was a monkey-style morning exercise!

After this, I think it was a cooking show, Shingo Mama kinda said, "Dondake~~!!", but seem like Shingo got confused and soon corrected, "are? dondake? no, sorry, wrong!! sorry, sorry!"... hahaha, he got confused himself with NIKKO-san character?? xD After this, I really don't know... coz I fell asleep xD Around 1 hour later, I got up, I saw the hosts were looking for Shingo mama, but they only find a note from her... saying she made the breakfast for them, but becareful of that hungry person! The hosts found ... NINJA HATTORIII!!! Not far from them... hehe, Hattori kept saying, "I'm hungry..." xD
I fell asleep again, soon, for another hour... so I don't know what happened, but when I got up. Shingo was still in Ninja Hattori costume, watching the bowling match continuation^^
9.30 AM was Shinsengumi!!! Hyaaa~~!! Too bad, Odagiri and Fujiwara were not there =( The ones who came were Hijikata (yamamoto koji), Nagakura, Harada Sanosuke and Inoue Genzaburo. They were in front of FujiTV, and looking for their kyokuchou(Kondo Isami).
Suddenly, Kondo Isami came with a TAXI!!! LOL! LOL! When Isami was about to pay the driver, he talked like a samurai, "Tsuri wa iran! (keep the change)". Hahahaha, hillarious!! Then they all went inside the studio.
I loved how Shingo frequently talked like a samurai and dramatically too, during the quiz, as Kondo Isami, heehee.... One of the quiz question was "Best 10 SMAP songs sung in karaoke". All Shinsengumi members answered correctly, but Shingo got it wrong!!! How embarrassing! LOL! He answered Bang Bang Vacance, but Bang2 is #11, not in the top ten x)
On 11 AM, Waratte IiTomo Live SP, there were Nakai and Tsuyoshi. Shingo was the main host with Tamori. There was this Longest Breath Match, they all have to scream, "aaaa~~" till they run out of their breath. The winner was... TSUYOSHI!!! He got a long breath! Shingo asked, "How did you do it?". Tsu replied, "well...I'm a singer!". Haha, Nakai stared at Tsuyoshi with wide eyes. Nakai's breath was quite short, he gave up pretty fast. Tsu said again, "Because SMAP are singers!". haha, Nakai nod, "yeah, of course, you're right..."... LOL! LOL!
If I remember correctly, IiTomo ended on 1 PM... but I fell asleep again, haha. I got up 10 minutes before 2 PM. Shingo wear casual shirt, watching the bowling match continuation. With HITO NI YASASHIKU (Be Nice To People/Basically Nice) casts!! Waaa~~ I missed it!>_< I always wanted to see them have a reunion, now they really did, and I missed how they met again!! >_< Zannen... Kenta Suga, the kid, has really grown up now^^
On 2 PM, it was "IJIME" special, a 1.5 hours recorded VTR, hosts were ShinTsuyo. It was like Tsuyoshi's SxS Special, with "Ijime"(bully) as theme... I didn't watch this.
After the Ijime SP, Shingo appeared as Okorare Samurai for about 5 mins only, the SataSma character x) Around 3 PM, while Shingo change clothes again, Goro-chan was in the studio to host the show. Several times later, KatsuKen appeared on the parking lot!! haha! He entertained the people who just failed making a strike in the bowling match. He did many monomane. And MatsuKen Samba, the REAL person also appeared. Sing together with Katsuken!^^ Chibi Katsuken was also there, the little kid who can imitate MatsuKen^^
Next, KatsuKen and MatsuKen went to the studio where Goro was... they talked for a moment, then Shingo disappeared again. Several times later, he appeared again as NIKKO-san, together with the real person, IKKO... they went "dondake~~!" aaall the way!!! LOL! xD
BISTRO SMAP LIVE!! Only 4 members, without Shingo, appeared. They talked about the 27-hours so far. Nakai comment on Goro, "I think who get to sleep well last night among us was only Goro?? Am I right? We all had turns to appear LIVE last night from 1 AM to 5 AM... but you appeared LIVE only just 2 hours ago, didnt you??". Goro replied, "yeah, I did. Sumimasen, I got a wine party in my house, last night...". Nakai-Kimura widened their eyes, but Goro immediately, "Uso, uso! Just kidding, just kidding!!". haha! Goro said, "I stayed up all night and watched all the programs, too! In Cocorico, when Shingo said 'at this time around, Goro-chan is definitely NOT watching this right now', but I actually watched that time!!". haha^^
The guest was... KATORI SHINGO... haha... So, Kimura-Goro-Tsuyoshi went solo for the match. Somehow, Nakai and Shingo went nervous when they talked just the two of them, lol! At first, Nakai was just casual, like always.... but slowly, seem like Shingo made Nakai also got nervous...lol! It seem like they both were not comfortable... and kept looking topics to talk about... they both kinda wonder what to talk about... since they know each other for 20 years already xD Nakai acting like he's asking about Shingo's debut. Shingo talked about SMAP's debut... but it got weird, since Nakai already know the story, anyway...lol! When Shingo started to talk about how Nakai got scold by their manager lot of times, Nakai immediately change the topic to, "SAIYUUKI SUGOI neee~~". LOL!
Shingo felt Nakai didn't do it like always, Shingo wanted Nakai to treat him as a guest like the usual. Nakai felt he already do it like usual. Shingo said, Nakai's talking speed is faster than usual, haha. Then I dunno why, Shingo started to keep staring at Nakai with wide eyes, and he even change his sitting position to totally facing Nakai. Nakai change his sitting direction to the front, coz he felt uneasy with Shingo staring at him like that. Shingo also kinda touch Nakai's arms, and Nakai kept avoiding him. Finally Nakai said, "Lets go downstairs!". "he?? this fast?". "I give up, I give up...". Haha, apparently there's also one guest that Nakai the #1 MC cannot handle, ...Shingo!! xD When they were about to walk down the stairs Shingo said, "Just now, Nakai-kun scolded me "kono yaro", in a small voice," Nakai laughed. Shingo continued, "I think he'll hit my head soon,"... before even he finish his sentence to "hit my head", Nakai already hit his head indeed! Haha... sasuga, seem like Shingo knows Nakai very well!^^
Shingo talked a bit with Kimura. But the time was up and he didn't get a chance to talk to Goro and Tsuyoshi. After CM, they serve the foods already. Kimura made this katsuchika dessert, it was the breast fruits which appear on Saiyuuki the DRAMA, episode 5!! Shingo said, "Kimura-kun is really the #1 Saiyuuki mania, I known among other people I know, who liked Saiyuuki!". Haha, Kimura said, he had been longing to make that breast-form dessert ever since he saw it on the drama.... sugoi, the form was really breasts-like!! xD
Oishii reaction was Tsuyoshi!! As Son Gokuu, fighting the men in black. But then his costume parted to two, and he only wear a shirt, without pants. He acted embarrassed and run to backstage... hahaha!! Tsuyoshi... yoku ganbarimashita!! LOL!
The 2nd reaction was Son DOKU xD DOKU was Shingo's old drama where he was a Vietnamese character. It failed!! Not funny at all, haha! Nakai-Kimura kept telling him to repeat and do it right. But Tsuyoshi couldn't, lol! Then Tsuyoshi asked Shingo, "How was the SunGoron?". Everyone was, "ha?". Tsuyoshi repeat it again. Nakai asked again, "What's sungoron??". Then, seem like Tsuyoshi just realized it, "Ack, sorry!! That's the Korean name for Son Gokuu! Sorry, I mean, Son Gokuu... I mixed it up with the Korean name,". All FOUR members were laughing so hard!! I remember the Cocorico's SMAP parody skit where Tsuyoshi always mix up Japanese and Korean...so I laughed so hard too... coz, I cant believe that its REALLY TRUE!!! hahaha!
Shingo really loved Goro's pasta and Kimura's dessert. He only comment on those two. Nakai pointed at Tsu's cooks, "Are? How about this one?". Shingo kept quiet. Then Tsuyoshi said, "Actually rather than the cooking, I kept thinking about the oishii reaction more,". LOL!
The winner was... INAGAKI CHEF!! Goro looked so happy!! When they all came forward, Nakai asked, "Just as usual, what is Bistro present??". Shingo and Goro looked worried, "Kiss?". Nakai said, "Yup! That's right! So, Katori-kun please give a warm kiss to Inagaki Chef,". LOL! LOL! Nakai told them to stand face to face, with kissing standby position, haha!! Nakai put Goro's arm on Shingo's arm....lol!! Goro got confused, "Usually its kiss on the cheek, why do we have to stand face to face, now?". Nakai said, "Shingo really loved your dish!! He said, it made his tired feeling disappeared even without sleep for 20 hours... I think it should be the face to face kiss!". Haha... Nakaaai!!!
Then, ShinGoro faces were so close, only few inches away xD Shingo kept looking down, saying thank you. But Nakai told him to look Goro-chan in the eyes. So ShinGoro look into each other's eyes!! LOL! LOL! While looking at each other's eyes, Shingo talked for a while... then CHU~, Shingo kissed Goro's lips!!! Hyaaaaaaa....... yachatta!!!! I didn't expect it at all!! xD
After CM, Shingo already standby on another set with the other hosts. Shingo comment a bit about the Bistro live, and he said it was the first time he had to give a kiss present on the lips for the chef. Suddenly, Goro still with Bistro clothes come forward and hugs Shingo, saying "arigatou2x"!! Shingo push him away and push him back to the back of camera! lol! Seem like Goro was so happy to win Bistro... or was he happy coz of the kiss??? LOL! LOL!
Next was Chibi Maruko-chan anime, 30mins... Shingo voice guests^^ Then also Sazae-san anime.
On 7.15 PM, final bowling match. After that, without being warned before, SMAP members were challenged to give a STRIKE bowling, and all FIVE have to strike. They weren't really enthusiastic about it at first, but the whole studio went, "Su-ma-ppu! Su-ma-ppu! Su-ma-ppu! Su-ma-ppu! Su-ma-ppu!".
In the beginning, ShinGoro only hit 1 pin, and Tsuyoshi went gutter... With a stressed face, Shingo said, "This is the real SMAP!!". lol! Nakai-Kimura hit 8 pins, but no strike. Too bad, since before he hit, Nakai said the exact same thing as he said in the Bowling SP, "I'll show you how a star suppose to be!". Kakkoii!! but no strike xD
They kept trying over and over, coz there was still 8-mins time. Finally TSUYOSHI got the successful STRIKE!!! They all hugs together!! Kimura got it almost, left 1 or 2 pins... Too bad, till the time was up, no more strikes x) Well, at least, Tsuyoshi still saved SMAP's face...lol!
The Grand Finale, Shingo read the picture book he just drew. The story by Nojima Shinji. The drawings by Katori Shingo. The coloring by the kids. The drawings were shown on the screen. The closing was SEKAI NI HITOTSU DAKE NO HANA....heheh, a "national anthem"^^
In the end, Shingo's eyes were teary... HONTOU NI SUGOKATTA, SHINGO-KUN!!! I'm so proud of you!!!^0^ To change so many difficult costumes and make-up, over and over... sugoi!!! Hope you get lots of sleep after this, Shingo-kuun!! Coz, I'll sleep to tomorrow noon, too! xD heehee...

I didnt see Tunnels, but I saw MechaIke and I loved it! it was so funny!! and Gokuu kinda henshin to Ninja Hattori too, for a moment, haha....

No, Nakai had ONLY been paired with Tsuyoshi in a team, that was the one and only time Nakai got paired in a team as bistro chef. Too bad, huh? Right after that week, the Bistro system was back as usual, Nakai always as owner and the others paired in team.
And yeah, Nakai is genki, elaine. Dont worry... Although during the grand finale, he did put on this scary, serious face, like he's bored during the bowling match xD haha, but when SMAP turns to bowl comes, he soon laugh and joke around like always^^

I KNOW!!O_O But what I wanted to see was a kiss on the cheek, that we didn't get during the Sample tour!! I didn't expect Shingo will EVER kiss Goro's lips!! LOL! LOL! xD _________________

About a year ago Kato Koji was having a really difficult time because his longtime Gokuraku Tombo comedy partner Yamamoto was fired from Mechaike and their agency for raping a 17-year-old girl. This incident is never actually talked about on-air but they make vague references to it. Kato Koji mentioned that Shingo called up Koji (even though they didn't have each other's cell numbers) and gave him encouragement. Shingo was the only non-geinin to give him a call, it really meant a lot to him. Haha, dispite Kato's toughguy persona he actually cries very easily but that was still very sweet of Shingo.

OMG, Shingo is LIVE in IiTomo too, today. Wearing a pajama pants and bringing a pillow!! haha, kawaiiii~~! He wear the FNS 27-hrs shirt, but the 27 part is scratched and '42' is written below it. He said, up to now, its 42 hours already^^ He also wear Goku's crown and bringing the Goku staff^^
His face looks sooo tired, ...FujiTV staffs, pls give him a break! xD _________________

He probably meant owarai geinin. Shingo is most definitely an entertainer but I don't think Johnnies are referred to as geinin or talento. Johnnies are idols and SMAP are super idols

Anyway, I just remember some interesting parts in FNS 27-hrs.
First, Kimura answered a question wrong in the NEP LEAGUE quiz. All 5 members of the team have to write the answer, but each member only write 1 letter. The question was a very popular japanese haiku(poem). And the answer is "mizu no oto"(the sound of the water). But Kimura thought its "ike no oto"(the sound of the pond). So the HERO team answer become "izu no oto" xD The whole studio went, like, "Heeee~~?". Its suppose to be an easy question, but Kimura got it wrong xD
Haha, but funny that Shingo also got confused and said, "Aree?? Isn't it "ike no oto"??". lol, what a good brother!!^^
And it was so funny, that Kimura kept apologizing to the HERO team, throughout the whole game, even on their winning times xD
This Kimura's -unlikely- mistake constantly mentioned during the 27-hours, haha! In Sanma & Nakai talk show, they talked about it. Nakai said, "I saw that, Kimura's ike no oto, unbelievable!". Sanma said, "I was very happy to see that!! Kimura makes a stupid mistake! I love to see it!! You were also happy to see that, desho, Nakai??". Nakai laughed and shakes his head, "No, no, not at all...no such thing!!". Sanma added, "Uso!! You must be happy to saw that, admit it!". Hahaha!
In Bistro live, they also talked about it. Nakai said he watched the NEP LEAGUE games shows. And Kimura said, "Yeah, you watched it, alright. But don't talk about my 'ike no oto' mistake as you like in your own show!!!". Hahaha, so Kimura also watched Sanma-Nakai show!! lol!
Second, during the Cocorico SP. After the SMAP VTR, Shingo said the hosts' impersonations of SMAP members were hidoi, lol!! Shingo said, "Kimura-kun must be angry right now!! though its 4 AM, but I'm sure Kimura-kun is watching right now! You don't have to worry about Goro-chan though, in this kinda time, he's definitely not watching,".

During an ending talk... or what was it, I forgot x) Goro was talking to Kimura, and he told Kimura how he's always unsure what to write everytime he has to fill in a form, on the occupation part, like for passport, etc. So he always write 'talento' in the occupation part^^ coz he think that he does everything: singer, dramas, movies, variety shows. so he think he should write 'talento'. And Kimura agrees to that^^
For geinin, yeah... it might be for comedian. Since (if i remember correctly), during yesterday's IiTomo, the hosts said that Tsuyoshi is not a geinin.
Maybe.... despite the real meanings, they just use certain words for certain jobs. I think 'talento' is more general... most probably to those who often does variety shows, so idols must be included as 'talento' too, since idols have many varieties too.

Oh you're right I forgot about that ending talk. Japanese entertainment categories are too confusing. Even people I think of as strictly actor/actresses have released a bunch of music CDs.
So SMAP = talento and super idols but not geinin. Hmm, if Nakai wasn't in SMAP he would be geinin ne?

I've watched the Mecha Ike yesterday.. I went., phew.. They played it too over. There's a time Shingo answered the Blue Feeling with SMAP. Yea, know that u miss it.. But then, he said *Kimi Iro Omoi*, huh? Is that a question? Ha, he failed and have to accept punishment. 3rd round, he lose again, lol, the game just started and he say *Chotto Matte Kudasai*.. Punishment again... Haiz..

During the weekend, i made a trip down to singapore...(sorry smappies i didnt get to organize to meet up with you all)
I went to a karaoke one particular night and so happened that i was checking out on smap's song....and lo and behold! the huge list came out when i chose smap......i was soooooooooo ureshii!!
Compared to malaysia , they only have 1 song from smap - let it be... *sigh*
And they were playing takuya's gatsby ad everywhere...hehehe... _________________

He answered Blue na Kimochi with being told "Naki-kun konnichiwa" by someone. He answered SMAP for Aoi Inazuma which was correct but then later said Kimi Iro Omoi which doesn't follow the "color + noun" format. He really did mess up a lot Elaine did you ever see Nakai on Mechaike doing the Kazutoridan sketch? I think he was on it at least 3 times. Poor Nakai-kun got beaten up by sumo over and over again.

With the cast of Saiyuuki began,, when they are about to leave,, Son Goku appears and he ran inside Fuji studio,,, and the show started...
