I finished the last episode of Chonam no Yome 2

http://jdorama.com/drama.56.htm

And this show did what all the good Japanese dramas do for me. It got me involved. It, the characters, endeared themselves to me. I found myself caring about them... all of them. And by the end I found myself sad to know that I wouldn't be visiting with those two families anymore.

I know. I was laughing at some of the nonsense in the early episodes. But someone (I'm assuming it was one of the old pros that carried this show) put their foot down and said enough with the goofy faces, and upstaging, and focus stealing. It's time to act like professionals.

And they did. For me, it was like they simply flipped a swtich half way through, stopped being silly, and started telling their stories.

Now my problem. I have two shows (thank you shin2) that I'm itching to dive into... but they're the cream filing in the oreo, and I'm wondering if I shouldn't try to save them for a bit.

Decisions decisions. Life is just so hard sometimes.

I was curious about that myself..

On topic: I started watching Tokkyu Tanaka 3-go (or whatever) and it's probably just me, but I can't get into this drama. I'm sure it'll get better, but it's just tough for me to watch the first episode without getting distracted by something else.
