hmmm...maybe because of the three movies as you mentioned...
any reviews of that three movies?...
I believe Koisuru Madori is currently out in the theatres in Japan. Waruboro is scheduled to come out 09/08. As for Koizora, that will come out on 11/03. I haven't heard anything about Koisuru Madori though. Hopefully they come out in DVD soon!
Speaking of that, I just got Aragaki-san's new photo book for Koisuru Madori. "Nikkori Aragaki Yui in Koisuru Madori" It's got lots of very nice pictures and the captions that she writes on the pictures are always funny. She's got a great sense of humor and drawing skills!
I also picked up the DVD (Same title). Haven't seen it yet. I'll let you know how it is when I do get around to watching it.

Aragaki's role is a college student who has just turned 20 and is living on her own. The plot focuses mainly on a love story, though it also emphasizes her character's growth as she faces different obstacles. Ryuhei Matsuda plays her boyfriend.
I have been lurking around here for a while, for information on artists and dramas. I started watching Jdrama 10 or so years ago, and guess what, the first one is Love Generation, followed by Long Vacation.
Gakky really caught my eyes, compared to the recent youth actresses, she really stands out, in appearance and especially talent! Her lead role in the drama papa to musume in 7days is a lot more difficult than other lead roles taken by recent young actresses.
