Just finished watching a movie/SP Kaijoken Musashi, featuring Narumi Riko. This story has Riko's character suffering from muscular dystrophy, which has exactly the same symptoms as Aya's disease in 1 Litre no Namida. Aside this obvious leeching off of a hit the movie itself is ok, and Riko did quite well in it.

Did you get english subs? I wonder why they'd copy a story of a drama Riko was already in...

I got the Chinese hard-subbed version. Don't know if there are English subs.
