I believe this is a user created movie synopsis:
Minato lost her parents, when she was very young. At that time she developed schizophrenia and I guess that's when her other personality Naito was "born". Later, Minato has a pen pal, she can write about anything to him and she kinda fell in love with him even though they've never met before. The only thing she knows about him is that he's a boy of the same age. Who do you think this boy is? Naito. That's when Minato falls in love with a real boy. Naito becomes jealous of course and becomes a hindrance to their love.
