Sawajiri "most disliked" in tabloid survey, Nagasawa also hated
Fri, November 2, 2007 (4:42am EDT)
The latest issue of tabloid magazine Shukan Bunshun includes the results of the publication's annual rankings of female celebrities disliked by women across the nation. A thousand women participated in the survey, and 386 of them selected actress Erika Sawajiri, placing her at the top of the list. Unranked last year, Sawajiri has earned a lot of scorn within the last month due to her unprofessional behavior at the opening of the "Closed Note" film.
Sawajiri outranked last year's number one, fortune teller Kazuko Hosoki, by a margin of more than 150 votes.
Akiko Wada remained at #3, while Uno Kanda and talento Ayako Nishikawa (who tied for #8 last year) jumped up to #4 and #5, respectively. Masami Hisamoto also gained some haters, rising twelve places to #6.
Politician Makiko Tanaka joined the rankings at #7, followed by Shizuka Kudo (#20 last year) and actress Tamao Sato (#2 last year).
Popular actress Masami Nagasawa made a surprising appearance at #10. One respondent was quoted as saying that Nagasawa has an attitude of self-importance and seems to be two-faced (and double-chinned). Writer Chiaki Aso added that the actress is also seen as acting out of her league - the actual phrase is "juunen hayai," which literally means "ten years too early" - based on things such as the bare-shouldered dress she wore while walking the red carpet at the Tokyo International Film Festival, and the rumors that she will be hosting the upcoming Kohaku Uta Gassen.

its kinda sad how people just judge her on how she behaved that day on the premiere ... i know that some of it was her fault as she shouldnt have let her "bad-day" attitude to the premier but at the same time .. she's still a human, we all have our "pissed" and "crappy" day ~~
I still don't mind her no matter what happend at that premiere~

Hear, hear! I could not agree more. It is strange how people get stuck on a one time thing. She is 21 years old and a superstar, that could probably go to the head of most people. I wil like to belive she has learned from this experience.
Actually, there have been numerous different situations which have been recorded throughout this thread. I believe the premier was just the last draw for some people.
I don't mind her in particular. I'm indifferent. I do appreciate her talent in 1 Litre, but she disappointed me in Taiyou no Uta. _________________

Off course! I have read and watched some of the things where she has been acting as a primadonna. I just think that we probably wil see a different Erika in the future. It must shurley wake her up, all the critisism she has got latlely.
Not as it is important for me, but I think she has been pounded on enough now. And as I said, the girl is 21 years old Let us see if in the future she wil be more humble.
But off course it is up to anyone to make up their own minds.
