Yes, but they can console themselves by eating cake.
Or fried chicken.

I don't really see what's wrong with it. The lights and all are pretty. Snowflakes, trees, candy cane... that's not even religious. The only people who might be offended by it, would be communists.

Just remember, it's different with them vs Santa. Their the one siting on your lap and tell you how naughty they were all year. Then you decided if you want to give them something or not. _________________

Two Zeppelin tickets make $170,000 in charity sale
Thu Nov 15, 11:23 AM ET
A man from Glasgow paid 83,000 pounds ($170,000) for a pair of tickets to a one-off Led Zeppelin reunion gig in London on December 10, according to the BBC which organized the charity auction.
Kenneth Donell was the winner of Thursday's sale held by radio host Terry Wogan for the Children in Need charity. Over the last four days, the auction has raised 894,000 pounds, the BBC added.
Several million fans tried to buy tickets to the Led Zeppelin reunion gig at London's O2 arena, which had to be postponed after guitarist Jimmy Page broke a finger.
The tickets went on sale at 125 pounds each, although they are trading at several times that on the online auction site www.ebay.co.uk.
In addition to watching the concert, Donell will also be allowed to watch Led Zeppelin rehearse the day before and take home a signed memento from the 1970s rockers.
On Wednesday, Martin Ainscough from Wigan paid 250,000 pounds to have Aled Jones and Katie Melua perform a private gig in Manchester.
The Children in Need charity initiative culminates with a fundraising television show on Friday.

Man marries dog
November 14, 2007 - 7:54AM
A man in southern India has married a female dog in a traditional Hindu ceremony in a bid to atone for stoning two dogs to death, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old man married the sari-draped dog at a temple in the southern state of Tamil Nadu on Sunday after an astrologer said it was the only way to cure himself of a disability, the Hindustan Times newspaper reported.
P. Selvakumar told the paper that he had been suffering since he stoned two dogs to death and strung them up in a tree 15 years ago.
"After that my legs and hands got paralysed and I lost hearing in one ear," the paper quoted him as saying.
Family members chose a stray female dog named Selvi, who was then bathed and clothed for the ceremony.
The groom and his family then had a feast, while the dog got a bun, the paper said.

"Dogs respond to the smell of farts, rotting fish, and carrion the same way we respond to the smell of bacon frying or cookies baking. A dog will often sniff the butt of the farter in order to inhale as much of the odor as possible.
I have heard only one story about a dog being disconcerted by a fart. According to a friend, her brother once delivered a fart so evil that it made the dog sneeze, shake his head, and paw at his nose. That was either an unusual fart or an unusual dog."
