I just turn the page and rehang up the calendar again with my harmless, paperproof hooks Big Grin
Look at this photo :

As u can see it's another page (not the front cover) , and the hooks perfectly work. edit : this is the last page. For middle pages, the hooks get trapped between paper and paper, but it's still the metallic piece that holds the whole calendar.

Okay the hooks are non-esthetic, not-pretty, but you really don't care as the picture is so big compared to the hooks.
Any Rubber Grips on those Paper Clips?

Some Rubber thing to cover the Clips from ripping through the paper or scratching it .. or just for grip

Hey thanks for the tip Victory! Peace! The rubber would work to show the last picture, because in that case the hooks can't get into the metallic piece.
In other cases, a piece of rubber would make the hook too big to enter into the metallic piece.

UETO AYA Calendar 2008, special thanks : la maison de campagne (???? That's in French, and it means "the country house") , Hakodate Danshaku (?) Club, Doai Gakuin (???) , Shikabe Royal Hotel, Shikabe Country Club.

Hakodate and Shikabe are towns in Hokkaido Island. I just found this :
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5350.html In love lovely place.
http://www.town.shikabe.lg.jp/english/

What is Danshaku ? Doai Gakuin ? And what does "country club" exactly means ? Is that the country fashion from United Kingdom ?

Here is the Tip I found to hang up the calendar

First of all, let's see what we are given when we receive the calendar. This is the top of the front side :
as u can see, absolutely no hanging system.
This is the top of the back side.
As u can see there is a little hole on the middle. As u have noticed, there's no hole on the front side, so that your hook stays trapped in the metallic piece. But, as you have guessed, what if you want to turn a page ? You are forced either to make a punched hole on the previous page (so that the hook can make its way accross), either to litterally tear off the page.

My luck is to own shelving units that have a decorative trench (look carefully the pic). My genius is to have imagined a hanging system using cheap materials, such as .... paper clips ! Undo the clips as shown on the picture, as u can see it fits really well in the trench and make a good hook.

I chose quite thick paper clips. Now, here comes an idea I thought of only today : you can bandage the hook with sticky tape. It will prevent damages on the top part of the pic. Bang Head I have a grief against myself for having thought about that only today ... Bang Head

The hook actually gets trapped between the page and the metallic piece. There's no damage to the printing so far. In fact, the hook does damage paper when you want to take it off, to turn the page and hang up again. That's when sticky tape helps. ( Shameful Cry )
The system is perfectly stable, (I didn't have to repair it, it's been 4 days since I hang up the calendar) with at least 3 hooks. (I put 6). Make sure each hook supports part of the weight, do not hesitate to bend it to the right shape.

Of course, I wanted the calendar to be protected by a glass. Soooo, my "cheap, easy, home-made" solution was to put it inside a piece of furniture which has a glass. I think it protects the calendar against the wind, against dust and it by the same way protects my hooking system Wink.

This is when the doors are closed. Not exactly the perfect furniture because it hides a little part. Well, I should put the calendar behind the left door, so that Aya's hair is fully visible. To be frank, I am stunned by her face especially her eyes and lips ... stunned enough not to complain. ... Anyway the doors are harmless for most of the photos.
Thank God my furniture is just large enough for the calendar. Hmm but if the industry wants to print even bigger, no problem , go ahead guys ! Victory! Peace!

If u don't have a trench on your shelves, well you can try digging one Smile.

All in all, the best solution,to me, would be taking off each page, making it plastified or including it into a glass, and hanging up separately. But that costs money, time, space on the wall, and is pretty annoying if u want to move to another appartment.

To finish, eveyone is very welcomed to share his/her hanging up ideas.

I see youLre getting quite inventive with hanging up the calendar Victory! Peace!
My perfect hanging up idea would be getting 2 calendars. One for save keeping and another one wher ILd cut all pages out and frame every single one of them hehe

Hm no, I don't have more Free time. Since I received that calendar, I sort of feel more ALIVE ! rofl . Man , Aya has a lot of charm In love ! When I think I said a while back ago "I don't care" ......... Shake Head . Guess I'm just a bit excited and want to share this excitement with you guys.

Well I should just go back in my room. The cupboard with the calendar inside is actually immediately behind me when I study. So that I don't quit my room anymore hehe . And there's nothing to do in my room except studying. Loool studying with Aya watching over you ... this is just the best coaching ever rofl rofl rofl rofl Let me tell you how it works ... Actually it doesn't feel odd when I am concentrated, but it does have a big influence when I wanna quit my desk : "Oops there's Aya looking at me ashamed Don't don't don't look !!!!!!! Back back back turn your head back" rofl And so I stay sat down on my chair hehe Believe it or not, Aya is so DEADLY beautiful on these BIG pictures that I can't , I don't dare looking at it more than 2 seconds ashamed Because if I look more, I FEEL SO WIERD FREEFAAAAALLLLLLL Fingers crossed

To be frank Freefall-sama , the only reason why I am on the computer right now, is to see my avatar one more time. In love hehe
edit : yeah I just got back home. I haven't gone on my room yet. Jeat ate something and came to the computer. If I had passed by my room, you wouldn't see me here by now... NOT AT ALL ! rofl
