I'm just stressing over something I don't want to get into, but I'm sure it'll all blow over in time.

SHe's doing her part by studying. The damn education center is now my problem. Filled with unhelpful, unknowledgable people with attitude who dont know about their own darned programws! Angry

Hope youre feeling less stressed, Wyn-chan! Fingers crossed

w00t!

according to the scale at home, i've lost 10kg and now i'm 90kg (nude hehe).

and now i'm going to try to maintain this weight so that i don't gain weight so quickly the next time i eat like crazy. until semester tests are over. and then try to hit 85kg put a tiny bit of shape to the body, and start eating 'normal' in my new uni days (if i get accepted into one)

ganbarimasu! Beaten

what bothers me is that i can't seem to study coz i just can't seem to concentrate and i have a feeling it's becoz of the whole diet thing bleh .

Thanx!

i've only been hearing 'oh my god, that's so unhealthy' so far Beaten . the real diet, is supposed to be a 3 day detox (boiled egg - fruits - half a corn boiled no salt&sugar) and then a 7 day of reduced sugar, oil, and absolutely no red meat.

but... since i'm the only one doing the diet at home, i just can't resist all the good food. so i kinda changed it. i added the torture; leave out the egg/corn or sometimes even both for the detox. have only 1 meal a day for the next two days. and eat like usual on weekends, with a little extra workout of course. so it kinda became a weekly thing. in a bit extreme way of saying it, i guess i just don't eat for three days Beaten . that's all.

it could've been more effective if i had the discipline. but i had to stop (especially on a detox day) whenever i had a test. it's just bleh can't even concentrate.

Yikes, that IS unhealthy!

I have no discipline either. It's really bad. I do manage to work out, but I don't think I work out enough to LOSE weight, just maintain it.

i know, all of my friends think i'm torturing myself. but so far, it's effective. and i haven't had any bad effects except for lack of concentration. and i overcome that by writing, not just looking/listening.

i usually just do excercises like the ones in the videos and go walking/jogging outside.

but i really need to shape it.

you don't lose weight but work out all the time? you must have a really Thumbsup body
