Is it the piece one hears when Kobayashi-san confesses his jealousy regarding Yukawa-sensei? This one is good indeed. And at the beginning of the episode, one hears another unreleased cue (when Minekura (?) rushes out of the apartment, I think).
The OST doesn't last an hour, though...

Yes, if you mean confessing his jealousy towards Sugawara to Yukawa-sensei. You'll hear this piece again in ep. 8 but with a different arrangement (classical guitar solo).
