well, i kinda interested with the drawing actually..to be honest i started with
the anime on animax and i thought it's a good story, then it'll be good if i
try out the manga as well..as the result, it really is.. well, if you
dont like love story like Romeo and Juliet i dont think you will interested
into this manga as well. This is what i thought..
owh well, i finish all 52 chapters in about 3 days...and i'm really happy with
the ending..
Well, I don't like the idea of love/romance stories, really. But then, not having tried any, I might be wrong about them.
Actually, today I just read about one which could be described as a type of romance, and it sounds intriguing - it's called Gatcha Gacha.
I dunno if you know it?
Oh, and 52 chapters in 3 days - wow! Did you get any sleep in that time?!

Is anyone here reading Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro???
Sorry shiroi_tora - I'm not. I've actually not heard of it before.
I'm really very new to manga, and haven't read many. I also don't know a lot about mangakas and series.
I'm hoping to change that eventually!
I've just spent the last of my Christmas money online - I've ordered the first volumes of Hot Gimmick, and Gatcha Gacha.
I've never read any shoujo before, so I hope I'll like them *gulp*.

Well I dont bother buying manga's because I am a person who cant read something more than once. Its weird. Plus there are places where you can download them once people scan them in.
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro has been turned into an anime recently but I wont watch it untill all the chapters have been uploaded. So far 50 something chapters are up but I am missing 15 and 16 so I am waiting before getting the rest _________________

Yesterday i bought a special magazine published in my country for the
celebration of the 10th anniversary of One Piece..Yay...omedeto Luffy-san!!
And there is one interesting fact for this manga..
The One Piece manga has reached sales of 140 million copies sold
spanning across 46 published volumes, and also boasts the fastest manga to
reach 100 million volumes sold. Also, Volume 27 selling a record 2.63 million
copies in its first printing.
And there are about 35 manga artists that contributes their own OP drawings..
such as kishimoto masashi, tite kubo, takeshi konomi and akira toriyama.

Do most people here read online, rather than buy manga? Just curious.
I love having the books in my hands. And, I enjoy rerereading, which helps. Unless I didn't like the manga in the first place, of course.

That is quite some skill! Roflmao!
Regarding One Piece - 46 volumes?! Omg, who would have the space available for that lot! Whew.
I feel daunted with my beloved Excel Saga having 16 volumes so far - and me being only at volume 6.

What I like about reading manga and books is the suspense of not knowing whats going to happen. After I read it I know whats going to happen so I dont want to reread it. The only books I have been able to reread and enjoy are LOTR, Chronicles of Narnia, and Great Expectations.
As for manga I think the only one I will be able to reread is Count Cain. I absolutely love the manga _________________

Yeah, 48 volumes is just mind-boggling to me.
If I was a fan, I'd have to have the books too...no reading online for me.

I can undertstand that. I feel like that with novels. I just can't read them again.
What I like about manga is the first time I read one, I can enjoy the storyline, but then the second or third times, I can go slower, and take in more of the artwork.

yah I do admit I look over it again for the artwork. I even try to draw it like I did with Sae from Peach Girl _________________
does Sasuke kill Itachi? I ask this cuz i just seen a video on YouTube Of Naruto Chapter 384 of Sasuke killing Itachi but i didnt see all of the Manga
you'll have to wait until January 21st
Sasuke did stab Itachi...
but seriously, Itachi wouldn't die that easy. there wasn't even a worthy battle. and Sasuke nearly got killed when he fought that bomb-whack, surely Itachi would put more effort than that. _________________
