Did a bit of research...Shiro is in the last episode of the last season...

Awesome! Thanks for the info. Big Grin Now to move the first two seasons of Shomuni up on my list. Sweat

On topic: I watched the first ten minutes of Odoru Daisomethingwhatever and it seems ok so far. At least Oda Yuji isn't the annoyingly wimpy goodguy character that he usually plays so I think I can tolerate him.

It's a lot of fun, isnt it!...Abe and Tsumabuki...and Kamiki Ryunosuke, so young...great guest stars...
look forward to a special guest in ep 9...her first appearance in a drama I think...

Odoru daisousassen. For my money, easily one of the best television series produced in the last 20 years.

Jodan ja Nai!? Not even memorable enough to make my all time worst list.

I just finished P.S. Rashoumon. Great cast, great setting, what seemed like a good idea to start it off... but my guess is it was the victim of focus groups, or nervous network guys.

What started out as a pretty solid cop show sank quickly and quietly into the murk of family viewing morality play.

But it was nice to see Kimura Yoshino playing the lead.

Thank goodness I still have a few episodes of Koi no Bakansu
left to watch.

Sounds like a real positive. From what you and shin2 said, it looks like this is one heckuva drama!

Kimora?? Eeps, that just reminds me of that drag queen-looking lady. hehe And even though that drama may be bad, yay for Shiro being in it! Big Grin

Love it! I wish the commercials could be edited out though.

Surprisingly I reached the middle of Kirakira Kenshui without too much trouble despite the stereotypical plot Sweat.

Besides being stereotypical, what do you think so far?

YOu should check him out in Omizu no Hanamichi. He was such a forgettable and (somewhat) dorky character that I was amazed that he actually gained popularity. I'm so tempted to skip the dramas on my queue and watch that again just to watch him. hehe

Haken No Hinkaku ep 2.

What fun to see Shinohara Ryoko again. Well actually I've only seen her once before and that was in Fake Bride. She is not a great beauty, but she is a super charismatic actor. And so far episode 1 was just plain good. And that's rare when the first episode can get your full attention.
Looking forward to a funfilled drama.

That reminds me, I have to get the subs synchronised for this. I saw the first ep and loved it.

It's nothing special, I had some good laughs and yet I can't recall any concrete fragment. Manami-chan has potential, hope to see her in another lead role. Katsuhisa Namase always reminds me of the head tacher from Gokusen and that's enough to compensate some of the bad points of any given show hehe.
