View topic - Bara no nai Hanaya [Flower Shop without A Rose]

It's obvious now that Eiji and Mio are falling in love with each other already. But seems like Eiji doesn't want to admit that yet, coz he's feeling guilty to his dead wife if he openly admit that he's in love with Mio. While, Mio is falling in love for REAL too. When Naoya teased her and lied to her that Eiji likes Shizuku's teacher, Mio's face immediately changed and didn't look happy at all. And when Eiji came, she told him to go away, coz she knows already about him liking Shizuku's teacher, that it has been a gossip spreading over the neighbourhood^^ After Eiji's gone, Mio was hitting the bed, whining like a child... then she just realized of what she's doing and asked herself, "Why must I feel upset?"

The scene in front of the flower shop, it went something like this...

Naoya: Ah, Ono-sensei! This is Mio-san, aniki's friend...
Yuki: How do you do, I'm Shizuku-chan's form teacher, Ono Yuki.
Mio: .....*turn away*....
Naoya: She lost her eyesight due to an accident.... But it doesn't make her a quiet person, and that's what aniki and Shizuku-chan loves about her the most.
Mio: *cynically smiling* It seems like you have become this home's private teacher, ne.
Yuki: hee?
Mio: It has become a rumour around here, y'know. Sensei and Mr. Florist....
Hishida (the old lady): Ara'! Is that so?
Yuki: *laughs* That's impossible...

The cafe master, Shigo came with a coffee on the tray.
Shigo: I bring coffee here for you, sensei!
Eiji: She's going home already.
Shigo: No way... here, just a sip.

Mio: If you two like each other, then why don't you two just get together openly! *forcing a wide smile* If you're going around the bushes like that, how do you think Shizuku-chan feels...?

Eiji: Like I said, that's...

Yuki: *doesn't look happy* I don't think you have the right to say anything about it.

Eiji: Sensei, please don't make it worse.
Shigo: Eiji, what does this mean, you bastard!
Eiji: No, it's.... ah, sou da... it's master! It's master who likes sensei....
Hishida: Is that so???
Naoya: Is that soo~~
Shigo: No, it's not like that.... Eiji, what are you doing??!

Mio: But, the one sensei likes, is Mr. Florist, right??
Eiji: There's no such thing, would you stop it already?

Yuki: *smiling* Yes, I like him. I like him very much.

Hishida: Is that so?
Naoya: Is that so?
Shigo: Is that sooo??? *collapse*

The cafe master falls to the ground and the tray and cup of coffee spilled over the ground, creates a riot. Meanwhile, Mio is very upset and leave the scene hastely. Eiji is aftering her. Mio didn't want to be followed, but Eiji insist.

On the street Mio made some youngsters upset, Eiji faced the guys and the guys brought him to a quiet place and started to hit and kick him there. Mio secretly follow from behind and was screaming "pls, stop". The guys started to attack Mio, and that's when Eiji got up and his face totally changed to a scary face, it's like he lost his concious and it's not the same kind-hearted Eiji anymore. He twist one of the guy's arm, and keep staring at the guy with a pair of beast eyes. The guy finally able to let himself go from Eiji and escaped with his friends.

In this episode, the love theme is "fairytale". Eiji's dead wife in the videotape tells the story of "BEAUTY AND THE BEAST". And in the end, she said that that's the story of her and Eiji.

I love the ending scene!! Mio told Eiji to look for her in Shibuya with no hints and the time limit is the last train which is midnight. At the park, Mio is pulling the flower's petals one by one, that Eiji gave to her in the beginning of the episode.

Around 11.52 PM, Eiji finally found her in the train station.

Mio: Do you know why in fairytales, the prince and the princess always meet in the end?
Eiji: No, why?
Mio: Because the princess always wait at one place, where the prince can find her... Don't you know that? Cinderella must have left her glass shoe intentionally, y'know! There's no way, the prince can find them if they don't wait in one place.

Eiji told her to open up her hands, then he put something in her hand. Apparently, it's 2 petals of the flower that Mio pulled today.

Eiji: I'm not a prince... but at least, I almost find you, today.

Mio almost cried to see those flower petals in her hand....

The next week's preview!! Can't believe they ended it with that scene!

In Mio's apartement... she put her arms around Eiji's neck, who is somehow soaking wet.

Mio: Don't worry... I believe you, no matter what people say about you.
Eiji: I heard from Naoya... that your eyes are.....
