OMG I HATE THAT! I started the same time as another teacher in my department, and for each course I teach I always making a binder that holds all the course content (assignments, rubrics, lesson plans) so that if I have to teach the course again later, I have everything ready to go. Well, she didn't do that, so when she ended up teaching the same course as me, she took my binder and used everything I had made from scratch, and then called it her own work. I was SO pissed off. This semester I'm team-teaching with her, and i have the feeling I'll be carrying the bulk of the load.
I can totally feel you, Kit-kun.

You should accidently "misplace" the course work. That's like...outright stealing to me. How the heck did she get her credentials?
She even copied my exam. What really gets me is that she took my exam that I had WRITTEN FOR ANOTHER COURSE, and used it for her own course. That's so not far to the students.

Somehow I don't think she'll be teaching long. She doesn't seem very inspired.
Er...not myself.... But that's probably what would happen after you decked me.... _________________

also, don't you find smokers have more breaks?
yes absolutely, my company is based in a building with 16 floors and smoking is only permitted outside - some people go down there every hour - if your office is on the 16th floor you lose everytime 15mins
I am convinced though that if those people werenLt smokers, they would hang around in the coffee corner ...

EH?! That's not right! Companies shouldn't making accomodations for smokers. Smokers should have to wait until their lunch break or whatever. It's not like it's a medical issue or anything. _________________

Isn't it a known fact that smokers have more rights than anyone else??
They're the ones always infringing with the smoke, yet they're the ones whining about being short-changed.

maybe your company should enforce them to clock out whenever they go for a smoke so they only get paid for the actual hours worked. _________________
