You can reserve a daily seat at Daikokuya. Smile

That's just a couple of windows down from Daikokuya, ne?

On First Street?

it's a fairly laid back job and they have their own parking lot so i dont have to worry about going in and out of a pay lot. Daikokuya might run out of noodles if i get my way with it, but I think the two in gardena are better. Obviously, that's too far... still trying to find that place that serves takoyaki in the plaza...

the indoor range is on 6th and alameda, unless there's another one that no one knows about...

But you can make your own....

I though there was one tucked away on First Street, between the China Cafe and Suehiro...?

I vaguely recall seeing a small sign about a firing range in front of what just looked like a doorway... Head Scratch

Okay....

I don't see any future with the company I am currently employed with. Parent company is in Japan, however the Hawaii branch has only 4 employees (including the General Manager). Obviously, there is no place for me to go.

So, I made a move to apply at other places. Got an offer last Monday. Boss was in Japan during that time. Of course, I called him when I found out. Dude was PISSED!

To make a long story short, boss came back from Japan and life at work has been a living hell on Monday and Tuesday. My official last day is scheduled for the 20th. I told him that if I keep on receiving the same (crappy) treatment that I've been receiving for the past two days, I'll leave immediately. He can't afford to do that since I've done (and still am doing) so much for this company. If I leave without training anyone on what I do, they're pretty much f**ked. I have accounts on neighbor islands in which only I deal with. He is aware of that. He didn't kiss @$$, but refrained from acting like his "normal self". So I guess that's a start.

Last day is on the 20th. Can't wait! Got a small vacation to boot. (well, 4 days only)

All I know is that I better be paid the month's salary, vacation pay, and the extra money owed to me by doing the inventory control for his business partner.

Sounds like the change of venue will be a good thing... Victory! Peace!

Yeah, keep a steady eye out on that: spiteful management tends to drag their feet, if not totally forget, money that's owed to an employee who leaves... Sweat

All the best, dude. Thumbsup

Don't sign anything until you're sure you've been paid for everything... seriously.. my buddy got screwed for a week of unpaid vacation, because he signed all the papers saying he got whatever he was owed, not much he could do to get it back.

I'm going on vacation for a week! w00t! I'm going to follow the Amgen Tour of California this week with my dad. We're going to Palo Alto for the time trial, then back up to Santa Rosa, then Sacramento, then San Jose before the race heads to San Luis Obispo and SoCal.

Update on Mr Loudmouth. Still isn't talking to me, and apparently threatening to beat me up behind my back. I'm not scared of him though, so I'm not that worried.

This customer called in today, I guess she was a valley girl because the first thing she said was, "My DSL is being a brat!" I have no idea how to fix this. Any suggestions??
