Anyway, last week I went to tokyo to visit a friend and so we spent the weekend hitting Tokyo's hottest spots. That sunday afternoon we board on a jam packed train heading to Harajuku. Just before we got off I overheard someone mentioned L'Arc and hyde, I turned my head and surprised to see the train was full with cosplayer and ppl with P'unk t-shirts on. It took me 15 minutes and 2 stations just to realize it XD My heart pounded, "OMG..could the concert venue just be around the corner? I thought it was supposed to be in yoyogi or something.."
My suspicion was right, at the station I saw ppl holding boards with L'Arc Theatre of Kiss written on it. And it was unusually crowded for such small station we had to struggle to make it to the exit gate. So there it was: the venue, yoyogi stadium, turned out located just across the station T__T A HUGE mass of ppl already gathered in front of it. Hadn't my friend dragged me along, I would've run across the street and queued for ticket like I did in Osaka.
Dang! It was so close, If I were you I would've dragged my friend instead xDD!!
Hmm.. it just occured to me when I re-read ryuusei's story about the queueing.
Is queueing in front of the ticket box worth it? I mean... we can always book the ticket and get ourselves confirmed for a seat right after we hand in the money.
Coz I always do that. get a early booking, get me-self a nice seat, and pay. On the d-day, I stroll along and walked straight into the entrance.
Or is the condition in Japan different than the one I have here? where most ppl would prefer jumping the bandwagon rather than planning to go to the gig right when it's been announced by the artist's management?
Ma~... silly old me being randomly wondering, again. gommen.

This thread move so fast when there is a poll. @__________@
Wait for me!!
I think hyde is OBSESSIVELY preening conscious right now. That horrible permed hair-do in the l'arc main page is haunting my nightmares...*insert thunder and lightning effects* If the is really a hair company involved, the tagline must be "Permed It Up!!"
Err... I am nearly picture-less and currently none of my little laruku pics are those I don't like. Can I compensate for descriptions?
Most of the time when someone look nice in a group shoot, there will be someone looking bad. I agree that tetsu do take horrible pics cox he looks rather 'stoned' most of the time. In this case he is like a... 'brother' to me since I take equally as bad pics. I'm not fond of his cross dressingsss also especially the heavily makeup-ed indies look
Yuki and Ken are usually ok since that they have the SAME expression all the time. They do have their share of Razzie moments though. Anyone remembered the *gasp* ORANGE lipstick on Ken?? For Yuki would be the pre-laruku time when he is rather VK-ish with that bright red lipstick.
Hyde... that is a love/hate relationship. There is something I like bout each of his looks whether is he blond, spike haired, long hair, eyebrow-less... BUT his pics are either good or bad and when it's bad... *shudders* I am hugely anti Real 2000 concert pic of him in that ribcage thingie as a support to his backbone. Making a fashion statement when you are sick is not the best time... thank god the tight till-it-seems-rather-SM leather pants phase are gone and the Kiss Me Heavenly(the one whereby Ken fellXD) look!!! I nearly forgot bout the swan look-a-like thing he wore with swans in the background... even Bjork does not look that bad..
My god, I'm typing so much @_________________@

I think I'll try the impossible, MU. I'm feeling laruku deprived. Thanks so much, dear. If you ever need any help, I'll fly to you. Oh! The cheesiness.... Take it as a post Valentines cheese?

Nice game! I managed to get 100points with no cheating!! but I think my laruku intros memory is deteriorating, coz I had to listen to some of it a couple of times, before I can get it right.
and here's another l'arc flash game from the same server:
http://www.cs.nccu.edu.tw/~s9412/LArc/L.swf
but this one's require you to type in japanese for some of the titles.
@ Mona: lovely to have you back! And those cute chibbies signature. What an eye candy!

No, actually I'd rather do the same thing as you. It was exactly what I did before going to Osaka concert last month, bought a ticket a month earlier. But things are bit different here, good seats are gone within the counts of minutes by the time they go on sale. Tickets can be bought via ticket agents like Pia or Lawson or their vending machine available in convenient stores. The disadvantage of buying tickets through machine is that you can't choose a good seat. Usually the price are all the same except of course, the premium super seats, which are not sold through vending machines (so you won't know whether you'll end up with an arena ticket, amphitheater, or no seat at all..!) You only know what you end up getting after paying and receiving the ticket, which is plain suck..
When I had my friend book the tix for me, we ended up getting the tachimi (standing in the back, no seat) for the 1/12 concert. Going for the 2nd time on 1/13 wasn't planned. It all happened due to impulse. As we passed the venue on our way to the station, we saw the long queue and suddenly felt the rush to watch again. And so we got in line and were lucky enough to get the tickets, and even luckier since my friend ended up getting a front seat. So yeah, getting concert tickets especially the most famous band in japan is not that easy.

lol. You're right. And i will spend all my money in that event. But it worth it.
About jrock abroad, you people here don't know, more and more jrock bands tour in France, not just Paris. Unfortunetely, either it is pop music, either it is metal music. Also, Hyde disc is available in Germany and France. Kiss also, and in the same period, a live is announced. Well, the other great news is that recently, in thanks to the same german and french disc distributors, Gackt's is available too ! Even his whole discography worldwide out through iTunes. Wich means a Gackt live in 2008 or 2009 _________________
