according to dramawiki, ryo nishikido and asami mizukawa joined last friends. i wonder if ryo is the violent bf.
Yes, Nishikido Ryo will play the violent bf of Masami's character, which also means that he's not gonna be the main star because obviously the story is about the 3 friends. _________________

Kimura Takuya & Eri Fukatsu team up again!
===================================
Kimutaku to play Prime Minister in Fuji TV drama
Mon, February 18, 2008 (9:51pm EST)
Next season, Fuji TV's Monday night drama will star the ever-popular Takuya Kimura. He plays an elementary school teacher who, due to some circumstances, gets involved in the world of politics and eventually becomes the Prime Minister of Japan.
The show, which is currently untitled, is being produced by Hiroyuki Goto. The script is being handled by Yasushi Fukuda, who has written for popular dramas such as "HERO" and "Galileo." Kensaku Sawada ("Saiyuki," "Hero Special") is directing.
Eri Fukatsu co-stars as Kimura's secretary, an ambitious woman aiming to reform the country. She and Kimura last appeared together in the 2002 drama series "Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi."
The drama starts shooting next month and will begin airing in April.

Well, I guess it's pretty obvious which drama will be the ratings leader in April.....
Probably...well Eri Fukatsu can pull her own weight too...so it should draw fans of both celebs, not just Kimura. In my estimation, she is one of Japan's best actresses. She definitely has acting chops.

They both worked well together in "Sora kara, , ," although the real star of that drama for me was Sanma Akashiya.

Mmmmh not sure about this kind of story - especially if they try to convince the audience that a prime minister can be a honest hardworking person from any background and shun away from real (sensitive) issues ... tbd

oh.... KimuTaku again.... Prime Minister of Japan? Seemed like JE really has a big appetite in controlling the entertainment scene in Japan, by sending their boy to be the PM of Japan...
A warning message to all other dramas in the next season, they can stop their production now, as no one will watch the other dramas.. _________________

Lovely. Fukatsu Eri! One of my favourite actresses
According to other news sources: Fukatsu Eri plays a capable secretary supportive of the novice Prime Minister. She is an ambitious woman who graduated from a famous university and wants to change Japan but finds herself attracted to the Prime Minister's nature.

Kimura Takuya's character will sell the country on EBay, just like they did with Belgium. The starting bid will be 3 tonkatsu sandwiches...
