Mebbe you should take the target off... Beaten

It's prolly cause you DO the things they ask, instead of giving them a flat "no", so you've been pinned as the nice guy, and therefore an easy target.

The problem is, it's the higher ups that do that. They need to delegate to someone else. I have tried to say I'm not doing it, then they get angry, and I can't do much because they're my bosses. There's 12 other people licensed by the state of California to handle medication, not just me.... Grumble

Deal with them directly first. If that doesn't fix it, which it looks like it won't, go over their heads. Boss or no boss, you have to put your foot down at some point, even if it means risking your job. If you have to do all their work, you should be getting their pay as well.

I think I'll probably find another job first. I've tried things like this and the response from all levels is: "You know where the door is."

I wish I could go to work tomorrow and shove my bosses' phone up his ass. There's always letter bombs to the corporate offices in Kentucky of all places.

Once you've secured a new job, this is exactly what you should do. Pat Pat Pat

LOL! I wish amusing things like that happened at my job. rofl

Although I can't complain. The school buses were cancelled today due to the storm that hit last night, so I had, on average, 8 kids show up for each class. I was able to get A LOT of marking done today. w00t!
