no, they dont dub asian dramas anymore. they used to when i was a kid.

anyway, finally i got to watch this drama. my friends recommended this months ago, but due to time constraints (classes, exams etc), i couldnt watch it earlier. i really like this drama - well, i'm into 'high-school students' type of dramas. and toma was so impressive as nakatsu! now i've become his fan though i've never heard or known him before lol.

lol hmm actually it's kinda 'beautiful' ... when a girl character in anime is speaking, it sounds so kawaii but when a rough guy is speaking in japanese, it sounds ... how do i say it ... 'rude' maybe??... pardon my bad english >.<

no offence, but it's hard to hear people speaking so 'kawaii' in other languages e.g korean etc *runs*

Hana Kimi SP confirmed!

Last summer's "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e" drama series is returning for a one-episode special. Starring Maki Horikita, Shun Oguri, and Toma Ikuta, the show was very popular, especially among female viewers. It averaged 17.3% ratings, with the final episode reaching 21.0%.

According to Fuji TV, the special will take place half a year after the series' end. With Osaka Gakuen getting ready for an upcoming Valentine's Day event, Sano (Oguri) and Nakatsu (Ikuta) reflect on the final week of their last summer vacation, which falls into the timeline of the original series between episodes 7 and 8. The special also includes a graduation scene and addresses the relationship between Mizuki (Horikita) and Sano.

Filming begins on Wednesday, but no broadcast date has been specified yet.

YATTA! Mind you, I'm a bit disappointed in the synopsis. The series ended with the hint that the boys would visit Mizuki at her home. I thought they would continue with that idea. Poo.
