I think what you're referring to is this: �����l�ł��� pronounced "otsukaresamadeshita". It's usually translated in doramas as "good work" or "good job" although the word " ���" (tsukare) means tired. You know, it's the end of the day, you're tired, so that means you did a good job, ne?

'shikkarishiro' means "pull yourself together" or "hang in there".
Only men will say like that (or manly woman).
Women would say 'shikkarishite' instead.

Since Japanese seem to have a aversion to saying �h�����Ă�h (aishiteru) for "love" they usually say �h��@�D���ł��h (daisuki desu)

The expression for "What should I do?" is "Doshiyo!!" You'll hear it a lot, usually in semi-panic situations. You know, your dog ate your homework, you don't know what to do, you say "Doshiyo!!"

May I know how do I say the following in Japanese?

- "Don't joke", or "stop kidding around" but in a non-reprimanding manner (e.g. when your friend asked you to do something that you find impossible and you just want to show your surprise at the request)

- "This is not within my scope of work" (as polite as possible please)

- "Is there anything I can help?" (is there any difference if I was using this in an office setting to my colleague, or to show concern to a friend, or as a sales staff?)

you can say "Jodan jya nai (yo)"

Muri desu = it's impossible

The word "tired" is "tsukareta" ��ꂽ. You could say "Watashi wa tsukareta desu yo" if you wanted to say that you're really tired.
