Can one say that? |
It was at times... But there were some dramatic and heartfelt moments as well.

Lol, it is, but Yama Onna Kabe Onna is much more so. And in Yama, the silliness is done with zero finesse.

And to reel in the Taiga naysayers...
Maybe they shoulda made it a Takarazuka Taiga.

You should check out Musashi... The story is classic and there are few lulls... But you also have to have some interest in Japanese history.

Sounds about right: 33GB/49 episodes = 670MB/episode...
It's double that if you consider the 17 DVDs that it spans.

That's nutty....may Blu-ray become cheap and come to the rescue.

At 50GB, it wouldn't be able to hold the 17 DVDs, but it'll be no problem for the 33GB...

I see...even the NTSC formatted DVDs would at least be cut down from 17 tho'....no matter, it's not going to happen, but it's not going to be cheap for a long while.

Seems to be the case.
Doesn't matter: I've got too much invested in DVDs anyways.

Yeah but you're referring to pre-recorded DVDs most likely...I'm just talking about storage media....I'm thoroughly sick of burning stuff to disc and having to use an extra blank cuz it doesn't all fit on one DVD....shit's wank.
