I assume you're using Microsoft Paint... You can drag the image to top left and crop, and drag again (I believe) and crop if need be.

Sure the Maki shirt is your standard polo but imagine the looks you'd get when you explain to them what the symbol means

Maki's got her own fashion line!!??.....Sweet!!!. Shame she doesn't do male clothes To make pictures/photo's smaller for your profile pic etc, open the pic up with "Paint" and then go onto "Sketch and Skew". You can downsize the pic to your hearts content.
